Casa Morriña. House by the river in Ribeira Sacra

Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Lighting and comforting have been paid to a lot. NOTE: If a single night is booked, it brings an increase of €50.

It is in a small rural area, a quiet area surrounded by vegetation where you can disconnect from the routine. In front, the Camino de Santiago passes towards Finisterre. 5 km from Pontemaceira, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, it owes its name to the bridge built over the Tambre River in the 12th century, taking advantage of the pillars of an earlier Roman Bridge.

There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
