Townhome vacation rentals in Doctor Phillips

We were there for a volleyball tournament event at the convention center. This was a 5 minute drive from the townhouse to convention center. Also very close to the grocery store and other restaurants. The town house was roomy and had high ceilings. My family is tall and that was the first thing they noticed. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Walking distance to the pool - was not far walk. The place felt like home and I would stay here again.

We were so thrilled with our stay. We attended for volleyball nationals and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to the convention center, Publix, and food options. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Thais was extremely helpful, even contacting us after check out to let us know we’d forgotten a set of AirPods there. Definitely recommend!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

We were very pleased with the airbnb. The home was very clean, which is very important to us. The location was very close to everything you need (Wal-mart, Sams Club, Target ect.). Short drive to all the Disney Parks. Victor was quick with getting back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely come back to stay here with future visits to Disney. Safe and quiet location.

The condo is very nice. I’m usually underwhelmed when I stay at condos in Orlando but that one was great. Very clean, new-ish, huge, and they had many thoughtful touches. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by some soft music when opening the door- they really want to make it an experience. One pool was under renovation (the one closest to the condo) so we had to drive outside of the neighborhood about a mile away but the amenities there were very nice and worth the quick drive. Highly recommend!

This house is THE PERFECT HOUSE and has everything we need for a family vacation in Orlando. Located literally 8-10 mins away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom, it is spacious, well-equipped, functional and so so comfortable for our family of 4. The rooms were very quiet, with great black-out curtains that kept our sleeping space dark against the Orlando sun. The AC works perfectly even in the June heat and keeps the entire house cool. More importantly, Jennifer is the most considerate, kind, and responsive host we could ever ask for. She provided us with everything we need and always promptly responds to every one of our requests throughout the stay. She made our 5 day visit to Orlando the best that we have had with her efficient communication and unwavering support of us. Her team — Gabriel and others — works so hard to help make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable possible, and we will definitely recommend this house for every family looking for a relaxing vacation in Orlando!

This was the perfect spot for our needs! The view out of the living room was beautiful and we enjoyed walking our dogs along the path by the lake. We were visiting for an expo at the OCCC and it was not far and an easy drive. House was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the pool was a huge bonus—perfect for cooling off after a day at the parks. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Disney, Universal, and tons of great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Ron was incredibly responsive and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great unit in the Milk District close to great food spots and downtown. Was a very comfortable location to walk to locations and other amenities. Parking could be a little tricky but once we figured it out, was easy. House was clean and perfect for us and our pup. Amanda was an excellent host and will try to stay here again if in the area and available.

Undeniably a 5 star place to rest, relax, and enjoy time with family, friends, and associates.

It’s hard to find an Airbnb that is truly KID FRIENDLY with hosts who are truly about families and the magic behind Disney/ universal and this place was just that. From the smallest of details to the adult rooms it was absolutely everything we had hoped for our first big adventure with the kids to Universal Studios. I cannot wait to come back with the kids in the future. This home is perfect! The hosts are absolutely the best, and the memories we made will last a lifetime.

We booked a last minute quick trip and Ronald was very accommodating. Responsive and attentive. The condo had what we needed for our two night stay and very clean. (I am very picky 🙃) Also, it is located near the smaller clubhouse where the kids enjoyed the water park/play area, if you're traveling with little ones in the summer that's a plus! Ideally, you're in the center of everything, but with traffic it doesn't always feel that way. Close to Publix.

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

Great home. Couldn't ask for a better place. Nothing to do with the Jay's property but just fyi f you visit the food trucks be mindful where you park, your car will be towed if parked by restaurants and hotels.

Place had everything we needed, easy instructions, responsive host, comfortable beds and spacious place. Close to shops and restaurants.
