Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

For those looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains, with a lovely dog as a companion, and an array of friendly domestic staff - willing to serve you, responsive to your queries, sharing a warmth, cooking great home food - you do not have to think further. Bhanu is most responsive and helpful. I am an academic, was spending a couple of weeks at IISER Mohali giving a few lectures, and this get away for the weekend was perfect. I arranged my chair and table in the garden right from 8 AM and sat into the wee hours of sunset, just when the cool breeze set in. Read my book, worked on my papers , listened to my podcast and sipped beer :-) I shall come back again and probably take up the studio accommodation. Please keep it the same way - Bhanu and Richa. I have stayed in many AirBnBs worldover, and B's and R's attention to detail, decking up every corner with a trinket or a bell or a charm, was lovely. And of course, Jordan their dog, was a delight !

My stay at the Woods was great . The place is quite peaceful and accessible if you are thinking of spending some days neay Kasauli . The host Dr. Sarkaria hismself received me at the gate and we had amazing conversations about life , career , farming etc . He was very much open about listening the suggestions I gave which shows their dedication regarding betterment of this place . What was even more amazing was he is not at all a money minded person which makes him amazing host . The room was also amazing and clean . I will highly recommend this place .

I have no words. Everything at Fairholme was amazing. It was extremely clean, location was beautiful. Manoj ji and other staff took really good care of us. I was at a family vacation there and all of us were impressed with the property. It was just 1 minute away from all the important tourist spots. They helped us with food and barbecue and honestly everything we wanted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite property, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. The aesthetic of the place is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the mesmerizing night view. The way the property is illuminated at night creates a magical and romantic ambiance that I will never forget. Adding to the charm were the adorable furry dogs on the property. They were so loving and warm, making my stay even more enjoyable.I also enjoyed the recreational activities available, such as badminton and basketball. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun. Plus, they even offered bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings! The food served was good and the staff members were incredibly polite and sweet. They were always ready to assist and never once said no to any. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Shubham and Abhishek for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. And a huge thank you to Chef Ekaant for the delicious food - it was truly amazing! Best part about the place apart from the birds singing and tress surrounding the property definitely has to be the food. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

It was a peaceful place to stay

This is a beautiful place—well-decorated and ideal for a short getaway. The balcony offers stunning views, and we enjoyed a small hike around the area, including the village and main road. Although rain limited our exploration, the surroundings were peaceful and scenic. The area is still developing, so some construction noise is to be expected, though it’s beyond the host’s control. I was here on a work trip, and unfortunately, there were occasional power and internet outages that affected productivity. That said, the host went above and beyond—offering to provide an internet dongle and even relocating us to another apartment with a stronger connection. If you’re visiting for work, you may want to bring a backup option. However, most people come here to relax or party. There were a few small things that could use refinement, but the host’s warmth, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help truly made the difference. She even arranged for a late checkout as our cab was delayed.
