Vacation rentals with a patio in Dobrota

Ian is a wonderful host, after a connecting flight that was sleepless and tired all night, he helped us put our luggage home. We went to the beach and rested. He cleaned the house quickly and made us go in early. We realized that we lost our phone chargers, he quickly found a charger and lent it to us. He answered all our questions quickly. The house was well decorated, we loved it, every need was considered in the house. We were very pleased and recommend it. Thank you Ian, we can't wait to come back.

From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the city. All restaurants are within walking distance and you can get to the parking lot quickly.

The apartment is lovely and cozy, the view is amazing from all the windows, the kitchen was fully equipped and it was easy to cook there, there were also basic spices and some groceries. Even dishwasher tablets and washing powder. We worked from the apartment so it was important to us that the connection to the WiFi be stable, the internet worked well without any malfunctions. In the surroundings there is lots to do and travel, a few minutes away from Kotor, there is a lovely promenade in Dobrota with restaurants on the water. Quiet surroundings. The instructions for entering the apartment were clear and arrived on time, it was a pleasure to open every morning in front of the amazing view of the bay, highly recommend the apartment, good value for the price, we would love to come back🙏

A million dollar view of the bay, mountains, and city of Kotor. Natasa was incredibly flexible and helpful in our arrival and throughout our stay. She and her daughter were friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Natasa's modern, ultra-clean apartment is highly recommended.

A wonderful stay! The place was exactly what we were looking for and had a little patio area outside. A close walk to the water and a gorgeous view. The host was very friendly and responsive!! Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! This place is cute and quaint with so much charm, and the balcony views are truly stunning. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and evenings unwinding watching the sunset at the little table on the balcony which was the perfect chill spot with spectacular views of the mountains and the bay. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals (which we loved doing!), and the living room was super cozy with a TV and all the streaming options to watch our favorite shows. Both bedrooms were comfy and each had its own private balcony, which was such a special touch. And with two full bathrooms with showers, it was super convenient for our us. Check-in was easy, and the host really thought of everything—umbrellas, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and all the other little amenities that make a stay feel effortless. 11/10 — highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We spend there 3 nights. Apartment is really good located, 15 min walk to the old town, 3 minutes to the water and market. There is a big bedroom, separate kitchen which was really convenient. The neighbourhood is really quiet and calm. There is also dedicated parking spot in shadow which was really good. The communication with the landlord is very smooth The owner has a cats and turtle which was additional attraction and we loved them :)

The view out of the window was perfect to wake up to every morning, the hosts mother greeted us and was lovely. Really good location - I think my favourite thing was sunbathing on the pier that is just outside the flat and going for a quick dip in the beautiful sea.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with super friendly and responsive host. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

The house was beautiful and we loved chilling outside at the pool. Beds were really good and we slept so well. And the views were so gorgeous!!!

As a family with 2 children going abroad for the first time, the location of the house was very nice. We were comfortable because it had a private parking space. We went to Kotor old city by car. We had no trouble checking in. The host lady responded quickly to every question we asked. Overall, we enjoyed it

Sofia's house had a wonderful view, just like in the pictures. Sofia answered all our questions carefully and in a short time. The location of the house is a 25-minute walk to the center. We had a peaceful 3 days there. We left very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Lovely apartment, quality furniture, super clean and equipped with everything a family may need. Stunning view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to the beach and to Portonovi (restaurants, grocery store, and more). Very comfortable beds, fully equipped ( hair dryer, french press, drip coffee, you name it), beautifully decorated and furnished. The place is new and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach side, easy access to the ferry, and the stunning views from the balcony. There is designated parking. Thank you Sean for being super responsive!

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
