House vacation rentals in Dix Hills

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Gabby’s apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Very close to Stoney Brook Village. We enjoyed walking to get our morning coffee. The apartment was very well stocked and spotless. Gabby thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to be back next year!

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

This was our second stay at Michelle's place and it was again a delight. The home is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Checking in and out was easy. And Michelle is super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely love to stay again when we are next in the area!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of amenities creating an overall great and comfortable experience. Local recommendations and responsiveness from our host was great as well

We had a wonderful stay at Anais’s apartment. It was comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we had a great time. Highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Felt like a home away home. Modern amenities, more than enough space, comfortable and so cozy! The hosts were so kind and extremely attentive to any needs that arose. I would stay here a million times over.

The home was perfect for us, we were visiting for a concert at Jones Beach. We explored the area including outlets & mall all within 25mins from the home. I listened to other reviews and brought a small sound machine, this was helpful as the home is on a busy/loud road. At first, I thought this would bother us, but we don’t spend much time in our rentals we’re here to have fun & be out exploring. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, kitchen was very nice to add leftovers & store drinks. Living room was comfy & clean. There is no backyard access, no washer/dryer but that was ok. You park on side of home in driveway, and walk to front & up the front stairs if you have anybody with difficulties walking that would be the only downfall. Enough towels for 4 ppl as well. Had 1 small hiccup and it was resolved immediately, very responsive host. Thank you for providing us a safe, and comfy place! The next concert we attend, we will come back!

The process to check in was self check in and was clear and easy to do. The place was impeccably clean and very well decorated. The items in the Airbnb were well thought out and useful, (cooking utensils, salt & pepper, coffee, etc). The location was a nice neighborhood. There was a weather issue that occurred and Shekeva was incredibly professional and immediately responsive to the situation and my concerns. I would stay here again!

This is our second stay here , would have been 3rd or 4th but was unavailable when I checked . Very close to restaurants , great south bay , movies , and many other activities . Catia always responds quickly with any answers to my questions , and was very welcoming prior and during our stay . Her place is clean , beds are comfortable and parking was plentiful . Will be back for sure .

Our stay at the house was wonderful experience. Our host Michael whom fortunately we met personally is one of the nicest person you’ll encounter in life. The surrounding and the grounds were so beautiful that you will enjoy when you stay at that house. Many thanks to our host and his well managed house. The place is very close to all lovely restaurants, shopping areas, etc. We all highly appreciated and recommend to stay at this place for any occasion and vacation. My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

This home is well located. There is some street traffic, but once inside you don't really hear it. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, and glassware we needed. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children . The outdoor deck was wonderful for a happy hour cool down after sight seeing and family visits. We all felt right at home. Thank you

Matthew’s home was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner but the propane grill would have been wonderful. We look forward to our next visit!

This was a nice place for me and my friend for the weekend. Everything was very clean. The rooms were big enough and the beds were nice and firm. The bathroom was very modern. Having off street parking in the neighborhood was also a big plus. I forgot my charger and Natacha let me know fast enough so I was able to go back and get it. Great experience overall!

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.
