Quiet little village

We loved our stay here! quite little town, but close enough to the city! The host, Hailey, was super friendly and left super clear instructions. It was a great weekend spot!

Welcome home! Private and tranquil bungalow

NathanRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described, very clean and cozy. Very pretty neighborhood and area as well. Host was kind and very responsive. Everything we needed/wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. Great for people who like nature and wildlife especially. We even had 2 deer regularly walking their babies through the yard and grazing around every day! Would definitely recommend AND would stay again.

The Tranquil Tipi

AlexandraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We booked the Tranquil Tipi for a unique overnight stay and loved the experience, even with some moody weather. The hot tub was super clean, the perfect temperature, and didn’t reek of chlorine like so many do. The host went above and beyond. They lost power earlier in the day due to storms, but still spent the evening digging out the fire pit, wiping everything down, and waiting to greet us with a sweet anniversary card, gift, breakfast, and coffee. Truly thoughtful and welcoming. The tipi itself is definitely out in the wild. Bugs and creatures (as expected), but the bed was decent and the vibe was cozy. Keep in mind the bathroom is about 80 feet away and attached to their main house, which surprised us a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but less fun in the rain or at 2:00am. All in all, it’s a magical spot if you go in with the right expectations. It’s glamping, not a five-star hotel, but we’d absolutely come back in the fall when the weather is friendlier.

Carpe Diem in Lonedell Cabin

KarlyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My friends and I came here for a much needed weekend to relax and recharge, and this place was absolutely perfect for that! The property is beautiful and quiet, the fire pit is wonderful and well-appointed, the inside is very spacious and I loved the cabin theme, and had lots of nice little touches - a personal welcome sign, s’more’s supplies, and more. We felt very peaceful here. It’s close to the meramec caverns and river as well which is great!
