At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Parking permit is provided

Riverview - Family retreat, village location

Riverview is a superb family holiday home situated within tranquil Dittisham Court – just a short stroll to the village and riverside. Sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms, Riverview also benefits from its own private, grassy garden and allocated parking. From the open-plan kitchen and living area, the French doors open onto a private balcony with sublime views of the river and distant Dartmoor – also seen from the master bedroom, too. We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed at Riverview.

A peaceful and picturesque 4 bedroom thatched cottage, situated on the banks of the river Dart in the beautiful South Devon village of Dittisham. At high tide you can enjoy sailing to your door (or paddle boarding!) and fishing from the terrace. At all times of day, and in all seasons, you can take in the comings and goings of boats, canoes and the fantastic local wildlife, including the inquisitive seals who sometimes pop up right by the terrace to get a closer look at guests!
