The house is newly developed and was handed over in December 2022. The beach house consists of three bed (two queen size beds and two single bed in one room) . My husband and I have just had a very relaxing week spent at Charlotte’s apartment in Al Sifah. Charlotte has been very helpful and friendly throughout our stay if we messaged for advise etc. Also very quick to respond when we had some wifi issues. We had a few good walks on the nearby beach and in the marina. Dunes restaurant is recommended. Thank you- we will be back if we can sometime.

It was a great experience overall. Very peaceful place to spend time. The beach felt like a private beach. We’ve spent a great time at this place and the host is very friendly.

The living area features comfortable, light grey sofas arranged around a wooden coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to reveal a stunning view of the sea and a heated private pool just outside, allowing for an inviting connection to the outdoor space.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.
