We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

A cozy living space features a green sofa adorned with two cushions, positioned on a light-colored rug. A small black table sits in front of the sofa, while large green plants add a touch of nature. Glass doors lead to a well-lit area with a view.

Simple but cozy house... in this house you will feel their love... the outdoor space leaves you speechless, making you spend special, unforgettable moments in complete peace in close contact with nature. It was wonderful to look out the bedroom window and greet the cows... We met Viktoria, her husband, their child and their alpacas... fantastic, simple and caring people... The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you, Konrad, for such a beautiful experience.

Starting point for countless walks and hikes, the location is perfect at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means you can really enjoy absolute peace. The view is phenomenal. Graz is only a 30-minute drive away. The farmhouse itself is so lovingly and cozily furnished. The property is well maintained, clean and well equipped. All the important things are there. Last but not least, one thing should not go unmentioned: THE PHENOMENAL GARDEN. This definitely makes a dog mom's heart beat faster. Our two rascals had so much fun romping around in it. The attention to detail can be seen at every turn. Finally, I would like to praise the extremely loving hosts and owners, who were always accessible and insanely friendly. We were particularly pleased with a small welcome message + gift. You really notice the difference here. Thank you for everything and definitely see you soon! Chrissie + family
