You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

From the train station in Röblingen, you walk 10 minutes to the water mill and there in the large garden stands the construction trailer. The watermill Röblingen can also be searched in the net and you can also find some information about the mill and the property on the same page. The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
