A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. A ground floor flat on the East side of the New Forest. Ideal for singles/ couples who want to explore what the local area has to offer which is the New Forest National Park and coast line. *1/3 the property has a flat roof so you can hear the rain. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Water tank heats overnight, so not unlimited hot water. Local attractions include; Beaulieu motor museum Bucklers Hard Calshot/ Lepe Exbury gardens
