This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Only a short distance from the mountains, rivers, and just 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. Stores, restaurants, wineries, and local breweries all just minutes away. Come enjoy a Duck game, Track event, a concert, or spend a quiet day BBQing in the backyard. Hike along the river or explore the beauty of our local wine country.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

This quaint 900 square foot secluded cottage is on top of 4.5 acres overlooking the valley and the Cascade mountains. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets make your stay extra special. Great for a romantic and relaxing getaway! The Cottage is equipped for extended stays. You can also enjoy the fenced yard and patio with park like landscaping which includes a propane bbq. Relax in the Sleep Number split Cal King bed with adjustable frame.
