Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

A few friends stayed in this home for a long weekend. It was a great location with an amazing view. We appreciated all the extras that this home has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens, to mention just a few. The beds were very, very comfortable. We would definitely come back!!

The view was amazing! The condo was clean and had what we needed to get by. The kitchen could use some things like sharp knives and newer pans, but not everyone cooks like we do. I think the price is a little high per night, but really everything is these days. However, for the price things could be updated like decor and pillows, the bed could be better. Troy was amazing with communication and ease of checking in and out. Our stay was great.

My best friend and I did a quick getaway with our kiddos. The staff was so accommodating and let us do early check-in. But since we got there earlier than when we could check in, they also offered us to use the pool. It is right on the beach and our kids had a great time playing around. The place was cozy and cute and had everything we needed. Overall I couldn’t get over how friendly the staff were! We will definitely be back!

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was beautiful and we were very impressed with how much was available for our use (especially in the kitchen!) Joe was friendly and helpful and check in/check out was very easy! It was so lovely being right on the beach and being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean:) we would definitely stay here again when we come back!
