Die Wohnung (100 qm) im Dachgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses ist mit Eichenparkett ausgelegt und voll klimatisiert. Sie verfügt über einen 50 qm großen Wohnraum mit offener Küche und angrenzender Loggia (10 qm), zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder (Badewanne/ Dusche). Lage: in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Bahnhofes (je 500 m). Stadtpark mit Spielplatz und die Schwimmhalle sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof abgestellt werden, ein Auto auf dem privaten Parkplatz (150 m).

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

This fresh guest apartment, renovated only with ecological building materials, is located in the attic of the old stable. On our four-sided farm with small agriculture (herb cultivation) invites you to relax and recharge. The spacious apartment has a beautiful view of the orchard, towards the donkey pasture, herb fields and the forest in 80 m. Here in the Fläming you can immediately start hiking, cycling or explore the surroundings with the historic old towns of Treuenbrietzen or Bad Belzig.

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
