I am a Des Moines native who comes home sometimes for special events or visits and I am always looking for a nice place to stay that's not a hotel. This place was perfect. Close to Jordan Creek, easy to find, clean and quiet location. I will book again in the future if its available.

I only stayed one night at Ryan’s place but it was such a good value as it would have cost me more to stay at a hotel for the night. Plus I had a kitchen, a living room, a kind size bed and a wonderful large bathroom. I wouldn’t have had access to all of that at a hotel. Everything was pristine clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. It was easy to find and the instructions to get in came with pictures so it was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

You need to see this newly remodeled Gorgeous Home with Modern Features. Main floor has an awesome white kitchen w/ top of the line stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. The 2 main floor bathrooms are amazing with stunning tile work. Main floor also has new carpet in the BRs & beautiful LVP flooring in other areas. The lower level could be a separate apartment as it has 2 more bedrooms, a nice 2nd kitchen & LR & bathroom. This home sleeps 12 people in beds & more if we put mattresses on floor

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. Even a resident outdoor cat but a bit snobbish! Fenced in backyard is perfect for a 45 lbs and under dog for a $50 fee.

Welcome Home! My home is right off I-35, easy access for all you travelers. Includes garage parking for one car! The owner lives at the property. It’s at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and movies just minutes away. Downtown DSM is only 10 mins and Ames is 20 mins. There's walking and bicycle paths very close. If you're looking for a rental car, the DSM Airport is 20 minutes. Uber is also popular. I can't wait to meet you! Safe travels!

It was very welcoming. The porch lanterns were on when I arrived in the evening. That was a nice touch. Lots of snacks. And the bed was really comfortable! Shelli was very accommodating even gave me one of her greeting card so I could use it. I would stay again.

Amazing host. Cherish wasn’t at the place with me but was very communicative over the app about who might be coming to the house or staying there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in DSM. I would stay here again!
