Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The attic, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room with balcony (SW orientation), 1 bathroom and 1 small utility room. A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
