Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Deritend

I booked Katie's place for commuting purposes. it's a short commute into Birmingham city centre and free on street parking. I was surprised at how quiet Katie's place is and it is as exactly as described. I had a long day of travelling so it was lovely to come back to a place where it felt homely and comfortable I felt safe which is important for me at a solo female traveller (and also warm!!) excellent value for money and definitely booking again!

lovely spacious room in the attic of a family home. Pleasant walk from Bournville station alongside the park. I slept well here. great facilities in the room - microwave, fridge, ironing board

The place is clean and tidy with everything you need. The owners were very responsive and catered for our needs and they left some beers in the fridge which was a nice little touch and i would 100% recommend and definitely stay again!!

Roger and Cecy were such nice people. Really felt at home and very comfortable within the surroundings. If you need Tranquility and Peace, this is the place to stay !!! I will certainly look at Booking a Trip in the Future.

Very close to my office friendly host decent room and having breakfast in the price was great so overall I was delighted to stay there and hope to return soon.

Place was lovely, great view and cosy environment

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and secure parking, nice place

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

Have been travelling around with my colleagues for work and I can testify this place was just what we needed especially after a long day at work. The ambience and super clean rooms,the host was also very helpful and we couldn't have asked for more.The house looked just as the pictures and was in a nice location.Will definitely be here again.

Would definitely book again, the layout is amazing, rooms are a great size, and for the price it made it more than worth it!!! The only incoveince is that you have to go to the shop to pick up the keys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the apartment. Met my needs and it looked exactly as advertised. The host was really nice, friendly and accomodative. We felt cold on the first day of check in and the host was proactive to offer us another heater. It was a good stay!

The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend this.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We traveled by train, and the apartment was near New St station, and not much further to Moor St. station, so it was well located. It was also convenient (10-15 minutes walking) to the canal area, Victoria Square and the Bull Ring. It’s off of a busy street but it was quiet in the apartment. The shower was good, and the apartment had plenty of supplies.

Nice place and great value. Parking easy, bed is comfortable, its quiet and had all I needed for overnight on business. Would recommend.
