Monthly Rentals in Deptford

This is the second time staying at Maria's place. Thje location is perfect for us, enabling us to visit our family in NJ and Philly. The house is completely clean and the yard is perfect for our furry friends. The neighborhood is a well established one with families and children. Very nice indeed. Beds are comfortable and the water is hot. There is a convenience store right around the corner within walking distance, and a quite good diner just up the road about four minutes. The highway is three minutes away. We plan to stay again, whenver we wish to visit the relatives.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rodolfho and Juli's place. It was cozy, clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in closet was an extra plus. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that Rodolfho & Juli not only provided me a small gift basket of goodies, they left me a beautiful hand-written note to welcome me. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to any question or request very quickly. I really liked the area they live in. It was peaceful and their backyard was very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by how genuinely nice and decent they are. I would heartily recommend their suite to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a very fair price. Five (5) stars!

We absolutely loved our stay—there was ample room for the three of us to spread out and enjoy our own space, and having two full bathrooms was a game-changer for morning routines. The kitchen and living areas were stocked with everything we needed, from cookware to extra linens, which made settling in effortless. The setting is truly serene, nestled right up against a lush forest behind the backyard. If you’re a nature lover, you’ll appreciate the peaceful surroundings… though a word of caution: the wooded area is home to ticks. Our dog came in covered in at least ten, and I had to remove two from myself. If you plan to spend time in the yard, be sure to take proper precautions—tick repellent, long sleeves, and a thorough check afterward. All in all, a wonderfully comfortable, well-appointed home with just one outdoor caveat. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—just maybe keep the backyard for the birds!

Great place to stay if you are looking to get back and forth to Philly. I grew up in this area and was coming home to visit family. It was the perfect location for me to see family in South Jersey and to get to the Phillies games. Nice location close to main roads, clean house and great instructions. This will be my go to spot when I come home to visit. Thanks for letting us stay.
