Vacation rentals with lake access in Denton Township

Great property and friendly community! We utilized the grill and lots of outdoor yard games. The host was responsive and helpful the entire stay!

The place was beautiful, great view and location, the space was clean and it had everything we needed. We originally had plans to bring our jet skis but the weather didn’t cooperate nonetheless this would’ve been a perfect spot to enjoy them. The only downside was you could smell the well water in the bathroom but the rest of the space made up for it and would definitely come again. Alex was very responsive and helpful, thanks again!

The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The living area was perfect for hanging out, and the kitchen was well-stocked for making meals. Definitely recommend for any group trip or celebration. Thanks for helping us make great memories!

Our group of 8 loved this property! It was spacious and clean with a great view of the water. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/tableware for large groups, and the table seating 8 was a bonus! The dock did have a lot of goose poop on it, but management cleaned it up quickly when I mentioned it (but as it is a lake there are a lot of birds, so be prepared for a lot of poop in the yard). The hot water never ran out, and the check in/check out process was super easy.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and we felt very at home. Comfy beds, this home has everything and more. Lots of games, activities, the hot tub was an added bonus. Beautiful neighborhood. It was a perfect week get away! We will be back!!!

My husband and I, along with our 3 Siberian huskies stayed for 2 nights. We wished it was for longer! Jenna granted us an extra hr for check out which we really appreciated! Also, this house is incredibly clean. We were both impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Something to note: there’s about 3-5 ft of water before you get into “muck” and the lake is full of seaweed. We brought our paddle board and floated around. The water is very clear and it was actually quite beautiful to look at the fish and even the seaweed looked beautiful. There are some deeper parts that you could definitely avoid touching any weeds. But just something to note if you plan on swimming. Also, we didn’t explore the entire lake so not sure what the far half is like. SUNRISES ARE GORGEOUS HERE! I would book this place just to watch the sunrise. And lots of wildlife. I would think kids would really enjoy it! Turtles, geese, tons of fish, loons. Again, overall highly recommend

This spot is such a gem, and so is Fran! Highly recommend staying here, every detail is thought out which makes a little vacation so easy! The views are gorgeous!

The place was very clean, which is always my #1 priority. It was tastefully decorated. There was a musty smell, I’m sure caused by the concrete. We left the windows open and febreezed often and that seemed to help. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the bed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I would stay here again, if there was a different mattress and pillows. The location was great for us! The traffic noise wasn’t a problem for us. We really enjoyed the short walk to the water! Very nice.

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

This was a perfect place to stay for a few days while in the area for a conference. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach access was a nice added bonus.

A real "Gem" as the name says. We had a very nice time and the host and hostess went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. From check-in to the hugs at check-out, Monica made our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying at Grem's Gems cottage. We were sad to leave, felt like we were leaving our own family.

We had a great time staying at Juli and Corky’s place! Everything was so nice and the amenities were well thought out and very thoughtful! And Juli was great to talk to and super helpful and very pleasant. If I’m up here again I will definitely check availability of their homes!

Loved this place! Perfect for a trip to Traverse City! Easy access to the surrounding city and downtown, and the private access to the beach was worth the stay here. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We recently stayed in Sarah’s beautiful cottage by the lake in Hale,MI over Memorial Day weekend.Its a very easy drive from Ann Arbor.This destination worthy cottage is beyond beautiful with Rustic and modern farm house feels! Everything at the cottage is thoughtfully and meticulously planned and you can see the labor of love of the owners at the property. The place is warm and inviting like and we had a wonderful time in this little slice of heaven with gorgeous views. Hot Tub was a bonus since the Temp was still in 50’s.Sarah was very kind and responsive through out our stay. You couldn’t ask for better Hosts!

Gorgeous view from the living room and deck. Master bedroom mattress super comfortable. Ceiling fan in living area and master great addition. Loved sitting in at the table in the sunroom since it was a bit chilly to be on the deck. Three local owned restaurants we went to had fantastic food. I already talked to friends about the place and hope to go back again this summer.

The cottage was immaculately clean, with plenty of amenities that made us feel right at home. Excellent communication by the hosts again made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and we'll be back in the summer for sure!

By far our favorite Airbnb, cozy furniture and beds, swimming spot is so much fun. This is our third time staying and we just love it. Thank you for always being a great host! See you next yr

We lo ved our stay at the cottage. Spider Lake is lovely and very relaxing. Nikki was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely want to book it again .

We had a great holiday weekend at the cabin for the Bayshore Marathon. It is very clean and has everything we needed and more. It had a seccluded woodsy feel in spite of being very near the main parts of town and walkable. Close to the beach, the start trail but private with a wooded back yard and creek running through the property. 3 mile is noisy and busy as is 31 but it didn’t bother us. We brought ear plugs just in case.

Wow! This place was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was so clean, quiet and cozy. We felt right at home and the house was spotless. The owners of this AirBnB were absolutely amazing and so kind. We have recommended this spot to our family back in Kentucky if they ever decide they want to take a trip up here. The neighbors were so kind, the view was amazing! Not to mention, Tina and David have this house stocked for whatever you may need, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Anything you may have forgotten at home, I’ll bet you they have it! We will absolutely be back. Huge thank you to the owners again.

What a peaceful and beautiful location...a great place to unwind and get away from the world for a bit. Our family enjoyed the access to kayaks and the water. The house was exactly as described, close enough to shops and restaurants, but out enough to be able to avoid the busyness of life. Plenty of games and other items you would need for your stay. Theresa was timely and friendly in her communication. Overall, a clean house that met our needs and wonderful hosts to share it with us. We have no concerns and would return again should we be in the area. Thank you!
