It’s always wonderful when what you see in online photos is what you get when you open the front door! Yulia’s home is beautiful with all the comforts of home and conveniently located to the ferries to the islands. Its location allows you to bounce around to various spots on the cape, by car of course :)

The place was super clean and cozy! it’s really close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming—seriously the sweetest people. Would definitely recommend!

The house is located centrally to many popular areas on the Cape, very convenient. The yard is great and having a fire pit makes for a nice relaxing end to a busy day. The host was very friendly and responsive to most questions asked.

We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It had everything we could possibly need during our winter getaway. The host sent clear and helpful instructions and we had no trouble getting into the house or finding the things we needed.

You will find in this home everything your family would need for a relaxing stay and visit on Cape Cod. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been renovated. Furniture was plenty, comfortable and clean. Centrally located, close to Hyannnis, grocery stores and Route 6. We cooked in two out of three nights and found anything we needed. We did not make use of the kayaks, fire pit and outdoor living space due to weather, but all those items will greatly enhance your stay.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

Great spot to stay in Dennis. Quiet street , easy to get everywhere. The home was comfortable, very clean and fenced in yard was lovely. Amy was kind and communicative. Would love to stay here again next time we're back in the area.

Doug’s place was beautiful and as described in the listing! He had great easy check in instructions- linens provided but had to make whatever bed we used ourselves. Other than that the home was in a great location walking distance to the beach down the street and within 20 mins to everything we needed.Doug was very flexible and allowed us an extra hour for check out which was a big help. Well maintained yard and home would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!!!

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay! Our Host, Tony, was very responsive and made our stay simple and easy! Very clean home with all the necessary items in the kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and bbq. Great spice rack! Would be happy to stay here again next time in Cap Cod!

Great little home, very clean and organized. The cottage was updated and was very nicely designed for the space. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood and close to many food and activities options. House was stocked with all the main essentials and prepared very well for guest. Host Nina was quick to respond to any of our questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Natalia’s place. It’s great for families with little kids specially energetic ones like my two boys. We all enjoyed the yard. The swing , hammock , slide, trampoline, fire pit, lounging area. Even the dogs enjoyed themselves. The location is one of the highlights and the house itself it’s very cozy, spacious and it has very nice touches which I appreciated. There is a camper on the property that is used but it didn’t bother us or interfered with our stay. We did arrive and house was not ready for check in which was a very frustrating given we arrived late with two little ones but Natalia took care of it right away. Good to note also the yard is mostly fenced but not completely. I had to chase my dogs a couple of times. Yard also needs a little tlc. Overall we would stay here again!

We had a family wedding and needed a home where we would be comfortable to stay and get ready. I found this home and so glad I did - we hit the jackpot! Although, due to our busy weekend schedule, we did not get to take advantage of all of the amenities this house has to offer, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, newly updated and very clean home! The location for us was just perfect and with the gorgeous backyard and patio, we did enjoy every minute we were there! As someone who also owns rental property, I can tell you the communication was amazing and so appreciated, and those welcome snacks were just what we needed after a long drive! Thank you, Lauren!!!

We had a great stay at Sarah’s cottage. Small, quaint, and perfect for a holiday weekend. Walkable to restaurants, food mart, liquor store and a park. Safe and cozy! What just what we needed for a vacation and was easy to get to and from. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to visit the area and stay just an arms length from the hustle and bustle town of Harwich. Beaches a mile or so away were sweet and enjoyable too!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right next to beautiful trails through the marshes on the Harwich Conservation Land trust and minutes from the beach and town with cute restaurants and shops. The fireplace was key for June on the Cape which can get very cool in the evenings and mornings. Chelsea is super responsive and provided everything we could have ever imagined for our trip.

Peter was helpful and friendly when I had questions or needed help. Home was charming and very clean. Would highly recommend staying with Peter and at The Lucky Penny!
