Vacation rentals with beach access in Dennis Port

Gail is super nice and the place is fun, set up well, and cozy. This is our third time here and I'm sure we'll be back!

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

Diana and Greg's place is a wonderful place to stay, brimming with nature, quaint and comfortable living space and wonderful hosts. A nice walk to the beach, enjoyed the birds and frog sounds were the highlights and Orleans allows the entire Cape Cod to be accessible under an hour drive. An awesome weekend adventure and appreciate Diana and Greg opening up their doors! Cheers!

Christina’s home was pretty, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated that there was coffee, tea, sugar, soap and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was also superb- very close to several gorgeous beaches plus multiple restaurants and shops. We did not have a chance to use them, but she even had bikes, which would be wonderful in warm weather. This is a great listing. I thoroughly recommend it!

Peg’s home was perfect for our stay in Chatham. It was quiet and peaceful but close enough to Main Street and everywhere we would want to go during our visit.

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.

We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful little cottage! It was honestly so cute and perfect for our mini honeymoon! We were able to bring our dog which was great and I just can’t get over how nice it was! It was within like 10 minutes of driving to get to the main street of town to be able to walk around and shop but also gave us privacy and a nice calming backyard on the pond! Melissa was extremely responsive and gave us so many recommendations on local restaurants and other activities as well! I would definitely come back and I can’t wait until we do!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We had a great stay and the house was so nice and clean! Conveniently located near the beaches and grocery store. Easy check in and check out process, Nicola was a wonderful host!

It was a peaceful property. The host was very responsive. We loved getting to explore the community private beach.

Kari provided a great list of recommendations including beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. The house was just as pictured, was very clean, and ample towels (always a plus). The surroundings of the house were friendly and we felt very safe and welcome. Amazing weekend all together!

Dylan welcomed me, and 7 other friends with open arms as we booked a beautiful home in Cape Cod for a post-graduation get away. The home included multiple rooms for our guests, a spacious yard, exquisite hot tub, and peaceful area. Dylan gives great instructions for entering the home, and tips for the tub, and providing with basic necessities in the home. I would recommend Dylan, to anyone interested in enjoying a nice, relaxing vacation.

Margo’s home is lovely! It is so close to a beautiful beach (walking distance - 2 minutes) with gorgeous sunsets. If you love the beach, you’ll love being close to home to use the bathroom or make a quick lunch. Margo was responsive if we needed anything and has very communication. We hope to make it back here next time we go to the Cape!

Wonderful stay…beautiful, clean, iconic cape cod house with all the amenities you would want and need. Danny was extremely responsive and available which is super important to our family. Great location to the beach, biking and hiking trail and restaurants. Super happy with our stay at Danny’s!

Marc was a fantastic and flexible host who was responsive and accommodating. His stay is a perfect spot, nestled in a quiet residential area with a private beach! Everything was perfect with his stay!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

We loved Tony’s place! A bit off the beaten path but very walkable to the main strip and centrally located on the Cape. The instructions and photos were very helpful, & the space was immaculately clean and just as described. We’d definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Chatham!
