Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. The lovingly designed apartment includes a separate, covered entrance, kitchen, bathroom and desk. A wardrobe and sleeping facilities with a large box-spring bed are just as much part of the furnishings as a pull-out sofa. Bright windows invite you to the beautiful, sunny terrace with great sunsets.

On the 3rd floor is the apartment, modern equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining area in one, next door is the bathroom with washing machine. Wifi is of course available. Welcome.:)

Welcome to the cozy and quiet holiday apartment in Kinsau, a picturesque place in the heart of Bavaria. Kinsau offers a perfect location for relaxing walks, hiking or cycling trips. There are numerous attractions nearby, including the famous Wessobrunn Monastery, Lake Ammersee and the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. For mountain and winter sports enthusiasts, the Bavarian Alps are also within easy reach.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
