We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Our old farmhouse has a large stable whose backside has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature which will immediately give a wonderful holiday feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with stunning views, table tennis table and fire pit can be used. Spot birds of prey like buzzards to deer and butterflies and relax completely.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.
