Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Demre

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Traumhafter Ausblick, volle Ausstattung, Sauna Whirlpool außenpool, zwar etwas kalt im September da der Pool keine direkte Sonnenbestrahlung hat aber für den Hochsommer sicher gut erfrischend, alles war sehr sauber, ein tv mit Smart tv auch dabei. Parkplätze gab es direkt vor der Tür und die Lage ist gut, da man mit dem Auto überall schnell ist innerhalb von 5 -10 min .

Kaldığımız süreçte ailemle birlikte kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Eve ilk giriş anımızdan itibaren her şey kusursuzdu ve çok temizdi. Konaklama sürecinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey Aliya hanım tarafından düşünülmüş ve konforlu bir yaşam alanı oluşturulmuş. Sonra ki konaklamalarımızda hiç düşünmeden tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için çok teşekkür ederim.

Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

The room was clean, check in was really easy thanks to Shawn! Also he helped us know more about Fethiye and places, it was a very nice stay thank you so much.

Ev son derece temizdi. Bebeğimiz olduğu için ekstra dikkat ettik. Gerçekten evde aklımıza gelecek her ihtiyaç düşünülmüştü. ( yedek çöp poşeti, deterjanlar, çay- şeker gibi temel ihtiyaçlar) Evin manzarası zaten harika, balkonda rahat etmek için her şey vardı( şezlonglar, temiz havlular, masa) 5-10 dakika yürüyüşle merkeze ulaşılıyor bu da park yeri aramadan yürüyerek Kaş’ı dolaşmaya imkan sağladığı için çok rahat ettik. Kendiisne teşekkür ederiz :)

Everything was amazing .Well organized and very clean . I highly recommend this place to everyone specially families with kids. Thank you Nuri for hosting us and hope to see you next time when we visit Fateyia.

Çok keyifli vakit geçirdiğimiz güzel bir deneyim oldu. Ev fotoğraflardakiyle birebir aynı, temizliğe önem verilmiş, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu.Konum olarak market yürüme mesafesinde, restaurant ve plajlar arabayla gayet yakındı. Sakin huzurlu bir köyde tatil geçirmek isteyenler için çok uygun.İlk gittiğimizde bizim için taze domates ve güller masadaydı ince davranışları için tesekkürler.

6 kişilik ailemizle kaldığımız villada harika bir tatil geçirdik. Can bey ve Katerina hanıma ilgisi, misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz, çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir yer oldu.

Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over het verblijf. Wij voelden ons echt thuis , alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ahmet reageerde altijd binnen 10 minuten. Bij problemen of andere zaken hadden wij een fijne communicatie. Perfecte locatie om met zijn tweeën te verblijven. Wij raden het zeker aan om hier te verblijven! Bedankt voor alles🙏

Merkezden uzakta, izole bir konumda olması muhteşem. Akşamları kaş merkezin kalabalığını çektikten sonra buraya gelip, balkonda sessizliğe karışmak güzeldi. Can apart herkesin beklentisini karşılayacaktır. Net olarak tercih edilebilir ama araç şart. Her yaz tatil için Kaş’ı tercih ettiğimizden, burayı deneyimlerimiz arasında ilk 2 ye koyuyoruz.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

Kalkan da şehir merkezine yakın aileniz ile güzel tatil yapabileceğiniz harika bir apart ev beş gün konakladık.Evin havuzu temiz ve evde kalan kişiye özel ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz tüm klima vs. mevcut ve çalışır durumdaydı.Ev sahibi Ahmet Bey ve ailesi son derece ilgili, duyarlı ve nazik insanlar. Zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamadan tekrar görüşmek üzere vedalaştık.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est décorée avec goût. Le logement est très bien décrit et dispose de toutes les accessoires qui sont décrits. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse mais l’intérieur est très spacieux. Les hôtes sont très sympathique, accessible, ils ont toujours répondu à toutes nos questions. L’environnement est très calme, De plus, la température est plus agréable en été que dans le centre-ville de Kas. Si nous revenons à Kas nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter !! Un vrai logement de vacances

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Bayram bey çok nazik ve dost canlısı birisi ihtiyaç duyduğumuz zamanda hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oldu evin konumu ve içerisi resimlerde neyse o herhangi bir farklılık yok çalış plajına yürüme mesafesinde havuzu tertemiz bir dahaki yıl görüşmek üzere çok güzel bir tatildi

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.

Evin bulunduğu site ha ri ka. Bu kadar iyi olacağını tahmin etmemiştim. Biz garanticiler şemsiye sandalye bile getirmiştik hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Plajı havuzu her şeyi çok güzeldi. Sitenin marketi normalden pahalı (normal olarak)basit şeyler için bile alışverişi dışarıdan halletmek isteyebilirsiniz. Sigaraya o kadar para vermek beni üzdü. Site genel olarak rus ağırlıklı, iki arap aile gördüm ama suriyeli vs değillerdi. Mutfak eşyaları tam basit soyacak ezecek gibi şeyler eksik sadece çok önemli değil. Mutfak tezgahı biraz yamuk bulaşık yıkamak zordu ama makine var zaten. Duş başlıkları tazyikli değil ama idare edilebilir seviyede. Evin en önemli sorunu yatakları. Yatak yayı ve bedenim bütünleşti. Tüm odaların yatakları kötüydü maalesef. Evin odaları ve düzeni ferahtı odaları genişti kalabalık giderseniz daralmazsınız 6 kişi gittik çok rahat ettik. Girişte depozito istendi bizden haberimiz yoktu. Para çekmenizde fayda var. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederim tadı damağımızda kaldı :)
