Exactly like the photos! It is a backyard guest house, so it's not the most secluded but the curtains provided good privacy. Clean and tidy room with a nice bathroom. Overall a good stay!

I stayed here visiting family nearby. The place is very clean and set up thoughtfully for guests. I really appreciated that it was already stocked with some coffee and creamers, so I didn't need to go shopping right after arriving. The neighborhood is small but walkable and has two good seafood restaurants a short walk away. Pam provided clear instructions and communication.

This is a beautiful, private place with amazing nature. We saw deer and hummingbirds, and they were pretty close to us. This place has a wonderful cat (Mr. Moo) who will give you much love! It is a bummer that we didn’t see dogs, but we got to see the chickens and got eggs from them! Amazing place! Although we may not hear beautiful sounds like others mentioned, we felt the peace and mindless presence. We enjoyed our time, and it was a perfect place for our short retreat.

Mike and Lisa's cottage was a perfect place for us and our senior dogs.They went above and beyond to make all of us feel welcomed.They were very helpful in recommendations on places to go and directions. The cottage was perfect for our needs and very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again with them and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet/peaceful place to relax,but yet close enough to everything in cape may.Thanks again

The bed is probably the most important thing for us when choosing a rental. The master bedroom bed was excellent. The second bedroom, not so much. But if you don’t have back issues, it’s ok. We are really bed snobs 🥺

we are a family of 4 (2 kids 4 and 7) and travel pretty frequently. Alice’s place was exactly what we needed. The car parking was a huge bonus - the neighborhood is great- a nice little park close by and also a cute coffee shop that’s walkable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Comfy beds- clean - quick responsive host. absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay here next time we are in town 🙌🙌

My husband and I had a delightful stay at Chris Zarconi's Airbnb. We were in town for our son's graduation, and having this lovely place to come home to in-between events, was very comforting and peaceful. I enjoyed morning coffee listening to the birds outside the sliding door. The neighborhood was lovely and I was able to walk each morning. I would definitely come again should I need a place to stay in DC.

Great apartment for a couple of days in DC. The location is very walkable with cafes and restaurants nearby. Very easy to get to the mall by bus or metro. The parking lot is just across the street at a very reasonable price!

This stay was in a quiet neighborhood, and the host was beyond accommodating. Perfect stay for a work trip!

Megan's Sunny Guesthouse has become our home away from home when we go to Baltimore to visit our grand kids. It is a spacious room over a garage that was once an office. Has a small kitchenette, small desk, sofa, TV and table for eating and a nice shower. In addition, Megan is a very responsive host. Great find.

I had a great stay at Tracey Cottage Lofty. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described perfect for a peaceful getaway or work trip. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The environment felt safe and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and reliability. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

5 stars for sure! The detached garage was even nicer than the photos! The neighborhood was so peaceful and had coffee just a short walk away. Rams Head on Stage was a blast of a concert venue too! Beautiful place, just as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable, bright and airy, even on the rainy day when we checked in. Best check in directions, with photos, we have encountered in a while. We will stay here again next time we visit Alexandria.

Peaceful, bucolic accommodations, close to areas in Northern VA and DC especially if traveling by car.

First time visit to Cape May for my daughter and I. We had privacy, we’re able to sleep in, see the local area and do our laundry on site. Kristie was very responsive!!!!

The perfect stay. The prpperty has the most diverse back yard bird collection with various feeders scattered about. (Bluebird, northern cardinal, house sparrow, house finch, blue-grey gnatcatcher, northern rough winged swallow, goldfinch, hummingbird, and more! Pony Pasture is very close and the river offered even more birds. The screened in porch was fabulous. JD the cat did sit in my lap! The toaster oven was perfect for reheating leftovers from restaurants. The fridge was bigger than expected. Everything was in perfect condition and the hosts were gracious and friendly whenever we ran into each other in the back yard. The coffee selection was on point. A+ Highly recommend!

Brittany's place was perfect. I was traveling alone, and wanted to be within walking distance of the metro. Not only was her place a quick walk to the train, but I was able to walk to a grocery store to pick up a few items, and I had a delicious meal at one of the nearby restaurants. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would book again if needing to stay in the area.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Crow's Nest! It was clean, cozy and quiet and the bed was super comfortable! Convenient to all Lewes and Rehoboth have to offer. Even on Memorial Day weekend, it never took us more than a few minutes to get to our favorite restaurants and the beach. Chris & Kate were so friendly, easy to communicate with and had awesome recommendations for places to go or eat in the area! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s. It was the perfect place to relax after our busy days during our quick trip to DC. Super clean, everything needed to make meals, lots of extra touches that made the stay all that better. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the cottage! The cottage is located in a peaceful, private area which is absolutely beautiful and a great little getaway. We really enjoyed the firepit area! The whole cottage was spotless and very well decorated. We would love to come again and stay longer. ☺️
