We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

A very nice space for a quick visit to Atlanta. Anitha was very accessible and responsive to us. She also made sure that we were aware of the steep steps (wasn’t a problem for us but definitely people with mobility issues cannot stay here) and of the lack of full kitchen (we were already aware and ok with that). I think this proactive approach on her part was great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area of Atlanta.

We stayed at Phyllis' place and it was absolutely delightful. The AirBnB was so comfortable and the surroundings were lovely. We had two dogs with us and this has been the best AirBnB thus far that we have brought our dogs to. Phyllis is very friendly and very responsive. We will stay there again!!

I stayed at Zakiya's home for 8 days. Half of the days I had my family and the other half I was alone. I really like the area. It was a safe feeling over alln in fact I was coming in btwn 12am and 3am the majority of my stay and felt at ease. The neighborhood is quiet and the house and backyard are lit up. The inside is very spacious and clean and it felt like home away from home. I slept in both rooms and found the beds to be comfortable. I am a very tall person and so arw rhe members of my family..so our awkward moments we only in the shower. It's a round shower and not so big and the head was little low for us 6 foot plus people. But the water was hot and it did have good pressure. I will book this hidden gem of an ABnB again. 10 stars 🌟 in my family's book. Thank you Zakiya and Fam. Regards V & K

Theresa’s place was spectacular! I was forced to leave another Airbnb location due to an infestation. It was in the middle of the night and I needed to get my children to safety. The host responded immediately!!! She made me feel very comfortable and right at home. We were also in town for the festival and she gave us blankets and a roller bag to borrow for the festival. I couldn’t be more thankful. There is an extra parking spot just for guests, the is a washer and dryer. She even had books and toys for small children. There is a Publix only 7 minutes away. It’s super easy to get to the airport. Small and quiet! Just the kind of place I needed for myself and my children. I would definitely recommend and I will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Maria's place! The property is in an excellent location – a lovely part of Atlanta with everything you need close by. All the amenities were available and exactly as described, which made the stay very comfortable. Maria was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my time there. The accommodation felt safe and secure, and it's also very well-connected to public transport, making it easy to get around. Perfect for long stays – I would definitely recommend it!

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

Me and a few of my friends visited for the weekend to attend an event in the Lithonia area. Everything inside was clean, well kept, and easy to find. We didn't park in the garage BUT having the in option to do so was really nice. 10/10 would recommend *double thumbs up*

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

C J was nice and answered me quickly on questions that I had. We were here for a little weekend getaway. We enjoyed the place. It had everything we needed. I love the whole set up and over all we were very comfortable. Thank you!

Paula‘s place is exceptionally nice, very clean and very accommodating. There was nothing we needed doing our stay that she had not provided. The place felt just like home. When we informed Paula that we would be checking in late, she took extra care to light up the place so that we could see. She also made an exception to the way that she leaves the key so that we would not struggle to get in. She had coffee, tea and snacks available for us. I make regular visits to the Atlanta and I hope Paula’s place is available for future visits.

Great home would book again

Everything about my stay was ideal, including the space itself, the location, and the host. The apartment is perfect for a comfortable extended stay for two people. It has great amenities, a comfortable living room, a huge comfy king size bed, and a nice entertainment system. The location is closed to several highways and, even though it's close in to everything, it's very quiet. Chandra is the perfect host. Whenever I needed anything, she made sure I got it. She just wanted me to feel comfortable and at home. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The French Cottage looked exactly like the photos. It was very welcoming! The place was clean, quiet, and very cozy especially the one day it rained. I love nature so the area was beautiful and evergreen. Elisabeth and Clemence were friendly and very responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend The French Cottage.

The stay at Nichole was great I can’t complain about anything about it she had everything a person would need all the way down to a tooth brush…. lol but on a serious note I love this place and when I come back to Atlanta I will surely look her up to stay here again if it’s available.

A True Home Away from Home — Peaceful, Clean, and Comforting. The space was exactly as advertised — actually, even better in person. It has its own private entrance down a quiet walkway leading to the back of the house. The self-check-in with a combination code made late arrival and early check-out completely stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and filled with calming greenery — plush grass, manicured bushes, and young trees that immediately set a peaceful mood. Walking into the home, I was welcomed by a fresh, pleasant scent and an immaculately clean, well-kept space. It was an uplifting atmosphere. The beds were made to perfection, with clean, crisp linens tightly tucked in, just like in high-end hotels. The pillows were fluffy and inviting, and the bath towels were soft, plush, and bright white. Another reason to like this place is it is dog friendly place. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, and high-quality stay, I would it wholeheartedly recommend.

Everything was great! Everything was clean and smelled very fresh. She was very friendly and made sure I had Everything. When I had questions she answered them and she responded quickly.
