Absolutely recommended apartment. Very spacious, with kitchenette with the most important utensils, large Dining table, wardrobe and large bathroom. Everything is very modern and very clean! Especially the bathroom. Every corner and joint was clean here. In the entrance area, there is a coffee machine that you can use, which makes very delicious coffee. Unfortunately, it was only luck if you could get a coffee, as it almost always displayed "empty coffee grounds". Here you could perhaps think of a better solution to "fix" this faster. The surroundings are nice and quiet, just a short walk around the corner are a restaurant, an Edeka with bakery and Aldi. Approximately 10 minutes by car is a great restaurant with a beer garden. You can quickly get to Munich and Lake Tegern or Lake Starnberg. We found the smoker's balcony, which was really located right in front of our room windows, somewhat unhappily resolved. Here you don't feel so private in your room.

Marie Sophie could have responded better to my message, the first, if Airbnb hadn't intercepted the message and didn't send it. The problem is Airbnb, not Marie Sophie. She was always very nice and available. It would be good if you learned immediately and not only after booking that the apartment is located in the basement. It was not a problem for us and did not bother. We were not on vacation. The neighbors were all very nice and also played nice modern music in the garden. All in all, a great time spent there.

I would especially like to highlight the terrace in the countryside. And then the proximity to the Ickinger S-Bahn station and the supermarket directly behind it. Last but not least, the nearby Isar Wehr, which was an evening walk away. Conclusion: I'll be back!
