The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Azrar’s place in Wellawatta! The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and close to all the grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the three of us. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and with two bathrooms, it was ideal for our group. The host, Azrar, was extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always just a message away. Honestly, we had nothing to complain about — everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sri Lanka on holiday. Thank you, Azrar, for your excellent hospitality!

Amazing apartment. It truly made our stay special. The ocean view is absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up to it every day. The place is beautifully furnished, super clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to other modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and other essentials just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

I had a wonderful stay at Roshan’s place! He was incredibly helpful throughout, always providing clear instructions and making everything so easy that I never had to ask a single question. My baby and I had a lovely time rating at Aruni’s beautifully furnished apartment, while I was in town for a quick trip. Not only was Aruni a wonderful host, she was really responsive and was very hospitable. We look forward to staying at her apartment when we’re in town next time, thank you for having us!

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

Thevin's place was an absolute delight to be at, has all the amenities you'd need for a stay, and located in a peaceful area away from all sounds and distractions. Thevin was always helpful and went above and beyond in helping us during our 2 nights stay. Easy to find rides via pick me or uber from the area. Would recommend to anyone!

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

First of all I have to admit I live in the United States and I was trying to find a place for some family members. I found this place and from the moment I found this place I started communicating with the host . She was very efficient and was helping all the way . She is very kind and very helpful and very friendly and the place was so clean and it was a nice location I highly recommend to this place to anyone specially anyone who is coming from abroad . She is a very good host and rest no assured she will you the best she can . Thanks

I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. It had a welcoming, tradition feel – exactly what you want when staying in a new city. The location is perfect – central, safe, and close to everything. Whether you're looking to explore Colombo’s cultural sites, enjoy local restaurants, or just relax, this place puts you in the perfect spot. The host was fantastic – super responsive, friendly, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Bonus points for the fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen - it felt like a home away from home. If you're thinking about booking, do it - this place is a rare find and an incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Colombo!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

The stay at this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes' walk you can reach the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly reach the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a restful sleep. Check-in went completely smoothly, and communication with Shiffan was easy and pleasant at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out over the water was pure luxury. I highly recommend this place – we felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

The location of property is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. The apartment I stayed in was fully furnished with all amenities including all kitchenware, towels and toiletries. The space is cooled very well with the bedroom and living space each having its own AC unit. The caretaker greeted kindly and guided me to the room, which had it's Air Conditioning turned on before I even entered. Didn't have to walk in to a warm damp room! He even took care of my laundry. Overall my experience staying here was amazing. The hosts son who manages the property is very welcoming and communicated well throughout my stay. Definitely a hidden gem in Colombo.
