Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. Bakkeveen is known to many for its beautiful forests, sandy plains, fens, dobben and heathlands. Characteristic is that there is nature reserve on almost all sides of the village. You can walk or cycle for hours here while the landscape around you is constantly changing. A beautiful area for hikers and cyclists. Especially in the summer months, there is a lot to do in Bakkeveen.

The Twadde Hûske is a new apartment (opened in April 2025) with floor heating and air conditioning, which can be booked for 4 people. In consultation for 5 or 6 people by adding a folding mattress and/or camping bed, but this is only suitable for short stays. Further on, you can read more about the layout of the apartment. We've not seen such a great naturehouse before! In the beautiful green and quiet surroundings of Eén (Drenthe) next to Roden and Norg you'll find Buitenhuis Duurentijdt. This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

Boshuisje Vos, with a nice large garden in Bakkeveen.

Vos is a lovely vacation home on a large plot of 980 m2. The large private garden has plenty of places to sit. Inside, you can see the light Scandinavian decor, which immediately gives you a nice welcome. The living area of Vos is a space with a round table, a cozy large sofa, a chair and a pouf. A wonderful place for a young and old. There is ultimate tranquility and there is plenty of activity nearby to look up. The playground is close by and yet it is a very quiet place.

Guesthouse "De Bisschops' Stee"

Our house is a former business premises and had quite a bit of space left over. Where previously the shop/office spaces with customer toilet were, in the fall of 2019 we created a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (with coffee and tea facilities/fridge) and toilet/shower. The shop entrance is now a private entrance for our guest house. Ordering breakfast is possible, but this is not included in the base price as standard.
