We have been to Esther several times and it was always good. This time we have been 2 months, nice location, private entrance, could come and go and no interference. Through Esther, someone arranged every 14 days to do the apartment. We look back on a pleasant stay! Thanks again. Mona and Harold

What a peaceful place to stay! Spotless and cozy, tastefully decorated. Quiet and right on the water. The Hollema family were all so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. Rent a canoe, kayak, or motorboat from them—you won’t regret. Charming village with nice grocery store and restaurant all around the corner. Heaven!

Sybren is a good and warm host. The cottage is small. But enough for 2 people. We also stayed there for a few days with 4 people. You can, but you have to be good friends with each other. The living space is limited. Unless the weather is nice, as in our case. The space and views are unprecedented . We had a very pleasant vacation with Sybren.
