On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Lekker aan het water en toch op loopafstand van het centrum van Utrecht. Wij hopen dat jullie kunnen genieten van ons fijne thuis. Ook super fijn voor kinderen. Wij hebben zelf een peuter dus peuterslaapkamer, speelgoed, badje én hekwerk bij het water.. het is allemaal aanwezig! Let op : wij hebben twee (hele lieve!) Britse Korthaar poezen!

In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

De ruime steiger met overkapping is een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het uitzicht over het water. Ook in het centrum van Breukelen is genoeg te beleven zoals diverse winkels, supermarkten en restaurants.
