I have to warn you definitely not a hook up spot or party house!!! typically rise with rooster on this 5 acre country setting with a small fishing pond. 420 friendly .. Quiet hours are 11 -8 generally some music playing, musicians are welcome !! if you happen to book on a Sunday i host an Open Mic in my Barn every Sunday ..... pretty relaxed. Upon arriving, turn into the driveway, and then right into the yard. Apartment is upstairs, the door is open with the keys inside. ✌️

This Airbnb was such a peaceful escape beautifully put together with so much intention. The overall vibe was serene and calming, which was exactly what I needed. One of my favorite parts was the screened-in porch perfect for enjoying the fresh air without worrying about bugs. I also really appreciated the sound machines in every room; it was such a thoughtful touch that made sleeping even more restful. Very well thought through place for every detail, with a mix of 70s wood style and some higher tech upgrades like the main bathroom mirror with light and anti fog, or sensor lights. Kate was very responsive and accommodating for the 1 baby & 1 toddler we asked for. The place was stocked with all necessary items especially in the kitchen with appliances and cutlery, coffee, tea. There were 2 hairdryers, nice shampoo and conditioner, shower gel.

It was a Great place to stay at. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed the area as well there was lots to do and the places we went to were fun. The house was amazing especially the living room and kitchen. The morning view in the kitchen was amazing and the living room was also amazing at night. Hayley was a great host as well as she responded quick to any questions we had. Overall me and my girlfriend loved the place and area and would 10/10 recommend this place to stay at.

A balcony provides a view of the grassy backyard and the lake, with calm waters reflecting the surrounding trees. A small, round table accompanied by a wicker chair sits on a patterned outdoor rug, creating a relaxing space for enjoyment of the scenery.

Some friends and I just used the cottage to sleep while we attended a larger event nearby. Beds and baths were nice as was the living room and very nice being on the lake. A couple closets and side-rooms had some construction going on (just materials lefts out, maybe slightly drafty), but it didn't take away from the experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful decor—it’s clear our host put a lot of care into making the space warm and inviting. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the check-in and checkout process couldn’t have been easier. The location was easy to find with convenient parking, and the surrounding town was absolutely charming. We especially enjoyed our visit to the national dunes state park and exploring the downtown district. Highly recommend!

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Karen’s. She’s an amazing host, and her home is beautiful. I love the fact that it was really family friendly my kids had things to do. We played games, colored, cooked, watched movies,etc. the view of the lake is amazing its was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back to stay!
