Vacation rentals with a patio in De los Pocitos Beach

It's a very new studio apartment, well furnished and very clean. We found a couple minor issues after checking in, and Juan fixed them right away.

This accommodation has a very good location, with very useful places for an excellent stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, currency exchange, etc. It is also easy to access the Motevideo Shopping mall (20 minutes walk). The host was always attentive to our concerns. Additionally, the accommodation has all the services offered on the website, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. I would only recommend that you have cable TV, which is sometimes useful. I would choose this apartment again if I return to Montevideo. I recommend it 100%.

Our stay in Montevideo was beautiful. A city that invites you to return. The house is super functional, perfect for a family or group of friends. It has all the amenities and is very well equipped. The location is excellent, 1 block from the Rambla. The neighborhood is very nice, on the same block there are restaurants, a pharmacy, several shops and a supermarket. The apartment's parking is convenient and you can also park nearby without any problems, the area made us feel very safe the whole time. Both Natalia and Pablo were very friendly and helpful with our questions.

everything is excellent and a tremendous location and a lot of peace

Very well located, one block from the beach of pocitos. The building is old, like the 1930s, a bit like a gothic city, getting to know it already is an experience in itself. Sacha respo was always very quick and they were very attentive. Recommended if traveling alone or as a couple.

Tucu is an excellent host, very attentive at all times and the apartment is excellent! Highly recommended, I would come back anytime!!!

We really liked the apartment – it was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. There is a great supermarket called Disco just around the corner, which was very convenient. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The only small issue was the hot water – it wasn’t enough for two people to shower one after another, so we had to wait for it to heat up again. Apart from that, everything was great!

A highly recommended place. They lived, the hostess, very special, helped me and was always aware that if we needed anything. the stay was excellent and the place is perfect, in a great location. It's worth the price without a doubt.

Paula's house is beautiful and is located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Their communication is assertive. We really had a great time. To get around more easily, we rented a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

The truth is, the first impression is with Igal, it was wonderful, he helped me with the logistics and coordination of the key very quickly, he also allowed flexibility in the check-in (I imagine that it is not always available, it will depend on the previous availability). Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. The apartment is exactly like in the droplets. Very large, complete and super comfortable. It is strategically located in the historic part of the city, which makes it possible to do many things on foot. We love it and recommend it!

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.
