Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Vanaf de C&B ben je in een kwartier bij het IJsselmeer en in een half uur bij de Noordzee. Leuke stadjes in de buurt zijn Medemblik, Enkhuizen en Hoorn.

In het hartje van den Burg bevindt zich onze oude kosterwoning. Een huis met veel karakter en historie. We bieden een privé studio met slaapvide. LET OP de trap van de slaapvide is een stijle wenteltrap. Trapleuning is aanwezig. Er is een eigen buitenplaatsje en er zijn eventueel twee niet-elektrische fietsen te gebruiken. We wonen midden in het gezellige centrum van den Burg met haar vele leuke winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.
