Trendy '70s decorated bungalow near the sea.

The bungalow with a 70s decor is on the outskirts on a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also colour the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. There are luggage trolleys in the parking lot to transport your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorlse dunes are 10 kilometres south and Den Helder 20 kilometres north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoons. The bicycles available can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog there is an AH which is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if that is necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

Fijne studio met een fijne tuin met overkapping om te chillen. Alles is zo goed als nieuw in het huisje. Het huisje is voorzien van uitgebreide keukenspullen en is lekker schoon. Het ligt in een rustige buurt op 8 minuten lopen van het centrum. In het centrum van Bergen kan men fietsen huren en naar het strand fietsen plus minus 20 min fietsen. Het centrum van Alkmaar is op 6 km afstand dus ook is dit makkelijk te fietsen. Je komt bij de studio door gebruik te maken van een overpad. Parkeren kan men op het grasveld wat in het midden ligt als je aankomt.

Beautiful holiday home on Texel close to the beach

Our detached holiday bungalow is located in a beautiful location on Texel between the Koog and Den Burg and is a house with a lot of luxury and comfort. The beautifully landscaped garden has complete privacy. The house is on the edge of the forest, and with a beautiful walk through woods and dunes you are with half an hour on the beach. This family house is very warm and personally furnished: there is a lovely, sunny conservatory, many seating areas in the garden, parking spaces on private property and very quiet.
