Our accommodation is located in the outskirts of the municipality of Schagen, overlooking the fields and the Great Grotto. The city of Schagen with the train station and extensive choice of shops are located 5 km away. The sea is easily accessible both by bike and by car at a distance of 8 km with a drive through the meadows and bulb fields of North Holland. In addition, other cities are easily accessible such as Den Helder, Hoorn and Alkmaar. Breakfast is possible, on request and in consultation.

Our B&B is located on the upper floor of our house in De Waal, centrally located on Texel, the ideal base for exploring the island. Waalenburg nature reserve is 1 km from the house. Here you can walk or cycle through one of the most beautiful nature reserves on Texel. The various museums are also easily accessible. Including Kaapskil and of course Ecomare where you can visit the seals. Den Burg, the largest village on the island with various shops, is 2 km away.

Noordwest8 You will stay in a spacious room in a beautiful environment with views of the sea, beach and dunes. The private bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet, has recently been completely renovated. The table on which we serve breakfast, is also very suitable as a desk, in the event that you are staying with us for work in stead of vacation. When the weather is nice you can have breakfast on your own terrace, or relax at the end of the day with a drink.

Warthog Family is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest on our nature campsite. This holiday home is approximately 20m2 in size and consists of three separate cottages. The cottages are connected by a spacious wooden terrace of 15 m2.

‘Kamer 3’ is a cosy studio on the first floor of a ‘stolpboerderij’. It features a living part with a lovely sofa corner, diner table for two and a very well equipped kitchen(ette). The bedroom is en-suite with a handbasin and television. There is a private bathroom at the opposite of the room with a shower, small handbasin and toilet. Also there’s a sheltered garden for common use of our guests, with a large diner table and sun chairs.
