Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

ideal place if you want to enjoy nature. beautiful forests, heath and veins around the corner. the cottage is in a nice little grove where you can enjoy the birds and the sunset from the size veranda. well-equipped kitchen with the sharpest knives I have ever encountered at Ern airbnb. nice bed and blankets. only the bathroom is small for someone of my size but an ant nap that falls over there

We were so happy to find a place where our dog is welcome and where there is also a great vegan breakfast! Pascale is super nice and gave us a lot of tips for excursions, second hand shops and restaurants, so unfortunately time flew by! Pascale also lives on the property in the neighboring house, but you have enough privacy and she is also very considerate! The place is highly recommended! ♥️

Moin from Hamburg. We booked an overnight stay and would definitely not be disappointed. We(family of 5) checked in around 8:30pm. I asked the mega likeable owners where I could buy something to eat in the area for the children, without hesitation he opened up the farm and offered me to make fries and frills for everyone (in the middle of the night). Of course, I gratefully accepted the offer. So Papa was the hero that evening thanks to the nice person. Mega beautiful idyllic location. At first glance from the window, we noticed that the farm chickens greeted us directly on the veranda. Truly a paradise place to relax. Always happy to come back. And thank you again for everything. We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was very clean, there were good quality bed linen, comfortable beds, really nice garden and a free parking space. The whole site was very peaceful and there was even a playground and a small playing field for basketball and football. The check-in was very easy and convenient, we arrived late, but still could find our keys easily. The only thing to take in mind is that there are no towels included, toilet paper and hand soap, so you either have to bring your own or rent (towels ) at the reception.

A small outdoor seating area features a sleek black table accompanied by two modern chairs, one transparent and one solid. The scene looks out through large glass doors, revealing glimpses of an interior space and green fields beyond.

A beautiful temporary home away from home! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Dina's tiny house. It was even more beautiful than expected, completely quiet and private....but with all the amenities we wanted. The sauna was a dream, especially in the cold, wet weather. Dina is a very likeable host and we were very happy to have decided on Ellertshaar. For us, one of the most beautiful Christmas we had. Dear Diana, Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!
