Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Morgan Springs (Country, Mountain) Retreat

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs daily! Full kitchen, grill and fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations (Dragons Tail, Cherohala Skyway) Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers for kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.
