Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Dayton

We felt right at home. Very comfortable beds. Great price for the location. Near everything you might need. Kandi had great communication. We always worry about overwhelming scents to the towels or sheets but they use free and clear detergent so it was not a problem at all. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Overall a very comfortable and homey stay!

The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We appreciated the little things, like having coffee available with extra flavorings. The garage was a huge help as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend this place.

Very beautiful home with plenty of space. The outdoor heated pool was a big hit and my family had so much fun! I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was exactly what my family needed and more. The basement was the best part for my grandkids and the backyard was so cute and had so much room for the kids to play. we didn't get to use firepit or grill but we plan on it next time for sure. we will be returning more in the future. best place for a family to stay and so accommodating for your needs. We had an amazing experience at Renee’s place in Beavercreek! Renee was a fantastic host—she communicated quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. We were completely happy with Lacey's property. it looked just like the pictures, was extremely clean, and made us feel like we were at home. we had some issues with the main TV and Lacey offered to send over someone to help us with the issue. Great stay and would book again!

This house was fantastic. Easy to get to, spacious and extremely clean. The house had everything that we needed! Close to local attractions and Yellow Springs. We enjoyed the fire pit and making smores! The front porch swing was so nice to sit and people watch at the park across the street. The beds were COMFORTABLE! I am always nervous sleeping away from home bc of the comfortability. But these beds were so good. Thank you guys for hosting, we had an amazing weekend!

It was so nice to not only get an email prior to my arrival but also receive a text with direct communication on the spot. Loved it and will stay again if and when we are in the area!!

The NorthWest Hideaway was a great place to stay. It was perfect for our getaway retreat. We enjoyed the Xenia area and made good use of the bike trails in the area. It was also a good launching point for a day into Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, and the whole town (what we saw of it) was clean and well cared for. Tamra's place was spotless and clean. It felt very much like home.

The house is a nice open space and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is so charming with tons of character! It includes upgraded amenities. Location is great as well; close enough to the fun, but has private area as well. Definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean, well cared for and very comfortable. Sherry was a great host and kind enough to let us spend time with her goats. Great location for traveling to both the Ark and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again sometime!

The Studio was a perfect stopover on our Ohio to Erie bike excursion! It was a rainy day and Carol let us check in early to avoid the worst of the storm. The breakfast items were fantastic and it was what we needed to fuel our day! We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was another benefit! And it is picturesque and quiet!

This sweet little spot is so unique! When it says it's on the river they mean it's ON the river! We had a girls trip here with 4 ladies, and it was quite comfortable! We had the best time just sitting by the river, having fires, and one lady caught (and released) 10 trout while we were there! Walkable to downtown for a cafe, ice cream, and some fun little funky thrift shops! We grilled almost every day, and just had some much needed laughs on he screen porch! Jodee could NOT have been nicer and more gracious and flexible! An amazing stay!

Amy's home was the perfect retreat for our multigenerational family visit to our daughter at Miami. We were close to campus, yet privately situated in her beautiful oasis in the woods. The house was immaculate and we especially enjoyed drinking coffee and bird watching in the screened porch. We'll be back!

The cabin was super clean & comfortable! Bed was great! Melissa was very responsive to questions! Just know that if there are campers they are very close to the cabin, fishing, playing horse shoes & using the basement. It didn’t bother us but if you’re looking for super private you may not be alone!

I can't say enough good things about this stay. We instantly felt welcomed. Upon arrival we had an amazing, freshly baked treat waiting on us. The home was perfect for our small group with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Being able to open the windows in the evening and visit with the sound of crickets and frogs coming through made for a peaceful & relaxing time. One of our favorite "amenities" was Opie the friendly outdoor cat. Two nights staying wasn't enough! We'll be back!

We have stayed at Brittany's many times, and we always enjoy the peaceful area and beautiful home immensely.

Everything about this air bnb was perfect. We will definitely be back in the winter!
