Great place in a great location! Really close to bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cole was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly. The place was very comfortable, including the bed and AC units. Everyone in the neighborhood uses street parking, but we never had issues finding a spot. We would stay here again if in the area.

This tiny home was such a delightful surprise! It far exceeded my expectations—cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay. The thoughtful details Roderick and Ian incorporated into the space were truly impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable retreat. Their hospitality was exceptional, making my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this charming getaway!

Very accurate listing. Nice neighborhood. I had trouble seeing the numbers on the lockbox/getting it open, but otherwise it was exactly what I needed.

I was in town for a wedding at Xavier and this place is literally steps away! It was very clean, bigger than expected, had everything I could possibly need. Also super nice this place has its own private parking area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the campus! Last note, if anyone does have a car the sits low, be slightly cautions, the driveway is steep which causes scrapping between your car and the ground. That is not fault to the owners thought, just a heads up!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was located on a nice, quiet street within walking distance to some of our favorite spots.

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

Adorable and chic, just like the listing describes, the space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful color coordination and stylish gold accents throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Cute backyard. The location was also super convenient. We highly recommend it, and we’d definitely stay again.

Cody’s place was exactly what my family needed in an Airbnb. It was incredibly spacious, very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe. Cody was communicative every step of the way and when I had questions about the specifics on checking out the next morning, he was quickly responsive. The little details make the place. The soaps and shampoo in the bathrooms were great, the showers were spacious, the cute little library in a sunny spot in the house, the pretty woodwork. Plus a front load washer and dryer if needed. There was no bathtub for smaller kids, but the shower heads are removable to bathe even babies who still need bath chairs and the showers included a place to sit. I wish we could have stayed longer since there was a park and a museum nearby to walk to! We had breakfast the next day at a cute little cafe a few blocks away and the food and drinks were delicious! Easy to get back on the highway if you’re just passing through.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tracy’s cottage. I’m from the country so even though we were in the city her location by the bike path was perfect. Having the open view on the front porch was perfect. I enjoyed my morning tea on the front porch. We provided us with plenty of recommendations and we enjoyed dinner and ice cream near by! Will come back again!

Very clean and comfortable house that's been updated and modernized from top to bottom. Each floor has vaulted ceilings and the upper levels have a separate heat/ac system which I appreciate. the master bedroom suite with king and walk in shower is amazing. Even though you are in the city, the back yard gives an Oasis vibe with the hot tub and gathering area. Daniel stayed in constant communication throughout the stay and was super friendly as well as helpful during our stay. We like to come to this area once a year with our 3 small children, so this was PERFECT for our family and our needs. Thanks for having us and helping create life long memories with our family. I truly hope you have great success in the years to come and may you be blessed beyond measure. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for me and my husband. It was close to everything which was so nice. It was a neat little neighborhood and we felt safe. Only downside is street parking, and no guarantee of there being parking by the house. But it wasn’t that bad, and the hosts had warned us beforehand. We would definitely recommend this place!!

It's eclectic and fun, with a mix of historic and modern furnishings and most every room a source of endless conversation. It was spotlessly clean, something especially delightful in such a histoiric home. The downstairs outdoor backyard grotto and the main-level deck were perfect for socializing (and the deck for AMAZING views of the whole city!), and she'd put thoughtful extras in the kitchen that made breakfast extra nice. The only downsides were at least one of the mattresses (mine) sagged toward the middle, and I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to turn some of the lights on! But those are small complaints about an overall great space to bond with family & friends, walk fun streets, and explore a cool city!

Mike was a great host! We had a few things we had to contact him over but he responded immediately. The shower in the house was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again while visiting Cincinnati

Ryan’s place was exactly as described. His instructions are very clear and even included pictures of how to get to his unit from the street. As others have mentioned, the stairs to the unit are steep, so be prepared for that, but they didn’t bother us. The location is great for those wanted to see a game or go to OTR, but it’s in the middle of the city so they are some interesting characters walking around at times. We never felt unsafe and the unit is good with keeping out city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Love the place, just like the pics, and was surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Barely had to leave the area to do anything. Highly recommend

We were in town for the club world club and this was conveniently located close to the TQL stadium. Location was great, many restaurants within mins of walking. Apartment was clean, spacious and exactly like described. Instructions were very clear and made check in and check out very easy. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.

Really enjoyed my stay as I had the chance to explore OTR and work and shop at Findlay Market. The kitchen was great for cooking a delicious meal!

Chris & Chris (who should definitely check out the 80s group C & C Music Factory) were fantastic hosts! Incredibly responsive and communicative about the apartment. The back entrance is a bit on the grungy side (some old boxes and a suitcase just laying on the ground). The back door, outdoor steps and steps up to the apartment are a bit tricky - but I kind of liked that about it! Once you get inside though, the apartment is immaculate and great!
