The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. This newly refurbished first floor apartment has two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 double, open plan dining and living area, fully equipped kitchen and modern shower room. It has dedicated parking but if you don’t fancy driving, Dawlish has a train station. Explore Torquay, Exeter and Paignton or walk the South Devon coastal path.

The Annexe, 4 Haldon Terrace, Dawlish, Devon, EX7

In the heart of Dawlish, Haldon Terrace is a private row of Georgian terrace houses set in it’s own quiet private gardens. The Annexe is a cosy one bedroom self contained, fully equipped apartment, accessed through the main entrance of the house, it is located on the first floor of the house. It comprises of a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and open plan kitchen and sitting/dining room. To the outside of the property has parking for 1 medium car - by prior arrangement only.

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Nestling in a picturesque and sheltered peaceful valley setting, this delightful converted stables offers the perfect location for a family holiday. Snuggle up by the woodburner in the cosy lounge, or relax in hot tub after a day out, you can enjoy a 15 minute stroll to Dawlish with its beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. (Unfortunately the property is not suitable for single / mixed sex groups of more than 4)
