Brennan’s place is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. My whole family enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

Highly recommend Jenna’s place! It’s super well located—about a 5 minute drive to downtown (or nice longer walk if you’re into that), and there are e-bikes available on the same block. If you’re coming to hit the slopes, it’s central spot for accessing all the ski buses and makes for a great long term stay. Jenna’s also really responsive and easy to get a hold of if anything comes up. Overall I’m really happy with my stay

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

These hosts were SO nice. We also loved the view, their home, the trails nearby, and that we were about 20 mins from the Salt Palace in SLC where we attended a convention. Wonderful place to stay!

This was a very nice place to stay and served the purpose for our visit! The location was perfect for us. We were able to access places easy and didn't have to drive far. We liked the covered parking. I would recommend this place to others.

Nice apartment is clean and simple. Pull out couch was comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, iron, etc). Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown. Note: This didn't impact us, but the welcome instructions said "if you would like to have a few extra guests over, in the past we have allowed this under certain circumstances and with an added event fee of $250"... just felt a bit disconcerting and feel something like that should be on the listing itself since it could impact people that do plan to have guests over.

Lovely, clean, with a beautiful park and playground across the street for the kids. Bobbi is a gracious and accommodating host. We can’t wait to come back!

Jennifer’s place is nicely styled and cosy. The bed is extremely comfortable, the backyard patio is lovely and the smart tv is a plus! The area is the best, within walking distance to a number of restaurants. I hope to be back!

The most perfect place to stay. Super close to restaurants as well as the airport. The house was so cozy and comfortable. Tracy and Jason were also quick to respond with any questions! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are traveling back from Moab :)

We had such a great time! We rented the house for my kids to spend sometime with their grandparents that were visiting. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was great, my kids loved the yard and Bruce was wonderful. We got to chat with him for a bit and learn about the house and his dog Sadie Mae is so cute and friendly and loved having a snack with the kids. My parents will be back in a few months and we hope to stay there again. Thanks Bruce!

Adrian’s place was a true Salt Lake City staycation find. The home was big, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. You truly feel like a celebrity staying here. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

The house was impeccable, the facilities were beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was impeccable, I would definitely stay there again, we had a very happy weekend.

We traveled to Bountiful for my niece’s wedding. This farmhouse was a perfect location and a good size for 3 of us and my adult daughter enjoyed having her own room. We cooked in the kitchen and we even enjoyed one lunch on the back patio overlooking the peaceful green backyard. We felt right at home. Katrina was very welcoming and showed us around and was quick to reply to any questions we had during check out as well. I struggle with some health issues, so having one level and a peaceful quiet neighborhood was really helpful so that I could sleep well before the big wedding day. The bathroom was updated and so was the kitchen. We enjoyed learning about the history of the place and cute vintage decor which helped us feel like we stepped back in time. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

amazing location, fast communication, and great apartment in a beautiful and convenient location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2.5 months and really enjoyed our time. The location is very close to SLC and the airport, and within an hour of any of the ski resorts, even Snowbasin and Powder Mountain up past Ogden. The bed, couch, pull-out couch, and cot were all very comfortable and were enjoyed by our visitors too. The space was not huge but it was more than enough for me to have my own area to work from, and house multiple guests. The kitchen was also very nice and the price of the rental was reasonable considering the season. The only “issues” we had with the Airbnb were 1) only one of the laundry machines was working in the basement and it only accepted quarters although it said it would take other forms of payment; 2) the gated in community feels safe but I wouldn’t walk around at night outside of the gated in area. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

She was very polite and understanding of the situation. She communicated very well.

The house was really clean when we got there. It was easy to get to and to get inside. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was there was no option to take a bath. I had 2 small children with me so it was a bummer. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. 10/10

I had a great time staying here. The location was perfect and near everything Salt Lake City has to offer. It was easy to get to and the place was perfect for my short stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family and would rebook.

This townhouse worked great for my extended stay of 2 months. Location is easy to find with quick access to main streets as well as the freeway. I appreciated the hosts working with me for an additional month from the original booking. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The spot is very cute and spacious, it's in a nice area with a ton of stuff to do nearby. I do wish the listing indicated it's an apartment inside of a duplex with other people sharing the building and it doesn't feel like there's much privacy.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!
