House vacation rentals in Davis County

this place was top notch. plenty of room for my family. without being too much. The views in every direction are stunning. We got a lot of use out of the amenities the community has to offer. The pool and hot tub are great, and we used the gas grills a couple of nights for when family visited. We were in town for a wedding so there were a lot of other folks that came through to hang with us. We just used the great outdoor space there to cook, eat, swim and catch up! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to get into the mountains or to those looking to just relax. I will absolutely check out James's spot again in the future.

The townhouse is perfect for a family or group that wants to ski Snowbasin. We could not have been closer to the mountain and hot tubs were an easy walking distance from the unit. Lee's marketplace across the street was convenient and had everything we needed for meals. The garage made loading and unloading simple. The unit has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, a very cozy living area and comfortable beds. It's a great deal and we will be back.

The only reason why I did a 3 for location, was the trains. Had a great trip! Thank you.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer!! The two bedrooms upstairs, with en-suites, were super helpful. We never had to fight over bathrooms!! Super clean, the host, Brad, responded quickly and was very kind, helpful, and accommodating!! One of the best features at the house was the checkout process; super easy! Yay for that! I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone!!

Tandi's home was just as it was advertised. Home was a perfect fit our visit. We really enjoyed the pool and especially the massage chair....Omg this was the perfect item and must have....lol now we are getting one for our home..lol. thanks again Tandi for hosting us and having us to enjoy our stay in Layton that much more. I would recommend Tandi's home if you are visiting Layton UT. We would definitely rent there again in the future. 🤙

I stayed in this Mountain Green, Utah property for a month and loved it so much that I am now considering moving there! The townhome looks exactly like the photos down to the decor. It's brand new, bright, light and thoughtfully designed. The community is beautiful, safe and neighbors are friendly. There are lots of kids in the area with a school nearby and a grocery store down the street. I loved it and would definitely stay again.

First, Whitney is a great host. She communicates quickly and even reached out a couple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The best host we’ve had so far! Secondly, the house! It was perfect. The VIEWS are AMAZING. I looked forward to drinking my coffee in the kitchen nook looking out at the mountains every morning. Georgous scenery from every room. I couldn’t take enough pictures! The location is GREAT. It takes no time at all to get to anything you need. It’s like you’re right in the middle of everything but not at the same time. it’s located in a lovely neighborhood. Very quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Deer walk around and lounge in the yards. This was our first trip to Utah and it will definitely not be the last. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay at this house! It will be the first place I check when making plans. Those views will live in my mind forever. Thank you for sharing your home, we loved it.

Dan's place is very comfortable - plenty of space, large bedrooms and bathroom, and a large living space with space to enjoy playing pool or ping-pong. The back yard setting is amazing - the pool is large and well-maintained, with a diving board and slide. The hot tub is great. But the best part is the mountain views, as the house sits at the bottom of the mountains. What a setting!

Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

Betty is truly a Super Host! The place is really comfortable and was able to accommodate our large group with plants of sleeping space. We exercised in her large well maintained yard great for backyard football games or a picnic. The place was clean, instructions clear, Betty is super easy to work with and is very responsive. Thank you for a great stay, we will be staying there again for our next trip to the Salt Lake area!

Beautiful, well-appointed, clean home. We had everything we needed, and then some. We even had our own grill and fire pit, which was not on the list of amenities - a pleasant surprise! Located in a beautiful, safe, walkable neighborhood with fantastic views and a great grocery store nearby. Geoff kept us well-informed from check-in to check-out. We had one small hiccup with the air conditioning, but Geoff and my husband were able to resolve the issue quickly. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

Location is in a very nice neighborhood with stunning view on the city, beautiful backyard, we felt like at home throughtout our stay. Highly recommend! ps Thank U guys!

Wonderful stay. Even left a treat for the dog. Garden is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities. A tremendous soft landing after an extended cross country trip. The neighborhood is a little far from sightseeing but the block the house is on is adorable and felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Great big house, great location off the highway, great A/C, huge yard, kind host!

Super lovely stay! Great location with close proximity to Ogden, Syracuse, Salt Lake and everywhere in between. The apartment was sparkling clean, well decorated and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Keep in mind it is a basement apartment, so you will hear signs of life in the home upstairs. That being said, we didn't hear a peep during early or evening hours, just when we were in the unit here and there during the day. Overall a beautiful stay for an exceptional value. Would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah's place. The renovations to the house were the perfect blend of modern while keeping the vintage character of the house. The decor was on point. The house was well stocked with a coffee station, basics for cooking, extra blankets around the house, and extra supplies if I needed them. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lots of privacy and quiet. Very comfortable beds! Very cute studio with everything we needed.

It was extremely convenient for what we needed. We had a conference at the Davis Conference Center. It was right around the corner. Close to places to eat and shopping.

Mona was very helpful and accommodating. My parents stayed with us and loved the place. It felt welcoming and comfortable.The off street parking was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cozy and comfy. We got a kick out of watching the wild turkeys fly from the deck into the pine tree to roost for the night. Deborah is a great host.

This place was a great stay - spacious, clean, and the host, Michael was terrific. Everything from my entrance, to my exit was great. Michael communicated everything clearly. The place itself was clean, smelled amazing, modern and had everything you need to feel at home. I will definitely be requesting to stay again on my future, frequent trips to the area.
