Beautiful place, exceptionally clean, owner is an excellent communicater, and we had everything we needed, and more! Loved our stay there!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

We had a great stay at The Burnham! Beautiful pool area, apartment was very clean, amazing location within walking distance to Broadway, proactive host that provided clear and simple instructions for check-in, check-out and more. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed Joseph’s place. We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a wonderful time at the pool and loved being able to walk to Broadway for dinner. It is a beautiful apartment and they were always quick to respond! We will stay here again!

Airbnbs were limited with it being CMAFest, but we got lucky securing this spot. The location was great! Easy to get in, super clean and fun decor. Perfect for our girls trip reunion and we felt very safe here. Had a blast and would definitely rebook again! Thanks for the hospitality!

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

Absolutely incredible stay! The location couldn't be more perfect - just minutes from everything we wanted to explore. The house itself was truly amazing: so welcoming, immaculately clean, and incredibly inviting. We slept wonderfully and already miss it! Chase was an outstanding host, super responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!

We loved this cute, little, cozy place! It was perfect for 4 of us girls! The bathroom is well stocked with numerous shampoos, conditioners and body washes. The air fryer/toaster was an awesome addition for us, so we could save some money on breakfasts and some smaller lunches. Pretty quick to downtown/broadway as well. Jeanette and Jana were very friendly and quick to respond and very willing to help us right away with a quick little fix we needed. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight trip to Nashville & our stay in this perfect place! It was in a good location and nice neighborhood. All instructions were helpful & easy to follow & we SO appreciated Jason calling us before check in just to touch base & he gave us some much-appreciated great recommendations! The place was so nice & having three bedrooms was a plus. Nice space and decor too. We loved playing some video games and especially enjoyed the nice coffee maker ready for a great cup of coffee in the morning. The landscaping & gardens are so beautiful we enjoyed sitting out front in the shade with our coffee in this peaceful place. Jason was more than accommodating, helpful & kind and we would love to stay again if we’re back in Nashville!!

This was a much needed oasis on our way to Bonnaroo. It was great to have a very good night's sleep before heading out to what ended up being a flooded festival. Was hoping to stay again after. The coffee corner is a life saver.

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

This place was so cute! It was the perfect size for me and my two friends. I like that it was about 20 minutes away from downtown. The host was really kind and responded quickly anytime I messaged them. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

We loved our stay in Nashville at David’s property! It was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The balcony was our favorite part waking up and having coffee out there and feeling the sun. perfect way to start your day! Check In was super easy, and check out was too! We’re tidy people as it is but it was very easy rules as well. We’ll definitely be back to stay here or in one of david’s other properties!! 10/10 experience! Side Note : this has nothing to do with david or his specific rental properties!!! but the club house needs some serious help, it stinks so bad it was just not hot to walk through everyday!

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!

We had a great 4 days in a sweet spot on the river! We are very active and love to walk so we enjoyed the walk to the downtown area and Uber was easy for everything else. The place was just as described and the hosts were super responsive making our check in and check out seamless! We would absolutely book again!
