Loved our stay here! The pool door handle broke and Carlos had someone come fix it within the hour, as well as got us pool lights so we could swim at night! His team was 10/10 responsive! We never heard the neighbors or had any issues. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a wonderful place! The only issue I have is the host stayed outside in her car for over a hour waiting on my family to leave, made me feel rushed! Check out is at 10 am , she was out there at 9 am !

Frances’s place was just as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was great to start our vacation some place where we felt immediately comfortable. Her housekeeping team did a great job with the clean prior to our arrival. A previous guest had stained the carpets, but it didn’t negatively affect our time there whatsoever. It was a short walk to the clubhouse, however given it was spring break and incredibly busy there, we opted to use the private pool instead everyday, which we really appreciated having! We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

We appreciated the activities that’s were available at the house! Half of our group would stay behind during the day and go to the parks in the evening while the other half would go to the parks. It is a quick 25 min drive to the parks. Definitely was great to have many rooms for the whole family to spread out and get some space during the week. The trash pick up was great with a big family group.

Beautiful home. Think the cleaners are letting you down around the pool. Exterior table was full of stains and dirt. Interior of house was fine. We found top of seringe on the pool deck by exterior screen. House was well stocked. Frying pans need to be replaced. Food sticks to surfaces when using. Toaster is not working correctly and the ceiling fan in the room to the right of stairs needs to be fixed. Shakes violently on top two speeds. Home is spacious with a great pool area. Great having tv in every room. Neighborhood is nice and easy to find. Would rent again. Place needs a nice BBQ too

We had an awesome stay at the house and Julie was so nice to work with! We had 8 adults and two small children and they layout was perfect. The kitchen had all the goodies we needed and it was nice to have a table that could easily seat 10 people. The theater room was an ideal place to end the days with a movie or a quick show. Location was great - a quick drive to all of the Disney parks. During the "off" days the house is a short walk to the community pool that was great for the little kids as well as the adults. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Peaceful and BEAUTIFUL home!! Worth every penny!

Our Stay was Fantastic ! The house was set up perfect for a big family , it had so many extras that we were not expecting ! The community is close to everything you would want to do, but with such an amazing house you wouldn’t have to leave the house ! We are so glad we found this location for our trip ! Thank you for helping to make this trip so memorable for our family !

Let me start by saying Paula is an amazing host! She was responsive, accommodating, and one of the most friendly hosts I have come in contact with! The home was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and it was in a really good location. The theater room and the pool were the highlight of the whole vacation, my kids were in hog heaven. I recommend that you book this property, especially if you have kids. We will be booking with Paula in the future!!!

Over all had an amazing stay ! Came for my 30th birthday to go to Disney! Dinner and brunch at the Cake Bake Shop! The stay was comfortable, clean , and the host was so nice ! My guests enjoyed every second and so did I

This was our first time ever staying at an air bnb and we enjoyed our experience and how peaceful the home was that we stayed in! Location was great and Mark was very responsive when we had a slight bump in our stay! Kids loved the rooms and home is beautiful!

Great place to stay for our universal trip

what an incredible stay! This place was absolutely remarkable. The kids had so much fun, they were in tears when it was time to check out! The host? Top tier. Extremely communicative, kind, and went above and beyond even when I had a few hiccups on my end, they still made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for the perfect family-friendly home for your Florida trip, this is the one. You won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend Melissa's place. It was spacious, super clean, and cozy. Beds were comfy and the AC worked really well (my biggest complaint about Orlando AirBnBs). The house was very well stocked. The pool was big and we really liked that they had swim floaties for kids available to use. Super close to the Disney parks. Around 15-20 min drive from driveway to parks. Neighborhood ft very safe. We come to Orlando frequently and would definitely look to stay here again!

The host was great communicating with us and was very accommodating. This house is perfect for larger groups. We stayed for a guys golf trip and everyone getting their own bedroom, king bed, and bathroom was great. The pool area and hot tub are great. The movie theater and game room was a nice touch also.

We had such a wonderful big family vacation! We brought my parents, all our kids, wives and grandkids. 13 in total! All of the kids had a wonderful time! We went to Universal Studios one day and a beach day on another, other than that, it was spent in the house. Kevin was always responsive to my messages, had a couple questions about the pool and such. We also just had a few communications for him about a banister spindle being broken and none of the bedroom doors locking. He was responsive and said they’d be looked into promptly. This did not really affect us other than nighttime. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This place is amazing. The amenities were awesome for kids. The game room is highly recommend for adults and kids. The pool was great and the spa was nice for after a long day. The themed rooms were amazing the kids switched rooms nightly to get the full experience.

Mike / Mikayla were great hosts ! We absolutely loved the place it was just as it looked in the photos and more. So much space and it was absolutely perfect. Anything that was wrong Mikayla went out of her way to be responsive and notate. The pool was everything we expected and we absolutely loved the place. My only regret is not staying longer. If they will welcome us back we will definitely rebook. If I had to make any complaints I will say there wasn’t a high chair as listed but instead was a playpen at the place. Nothing we couldn’t work with though, really loved the place. Hoping to be back asap.

Our crew of 7 loved every second of our stay. We wish we never had to leave! As soon as you enter the neighborhood, you feel at peace. Very quiet area. The home is bright, beautiful and clean. Greeted by a welcome bag! Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and private bathrooms. Guest house created extra space for privacy when desired. We spent a lot of our evenings in the game/theater room playing pool, video games and watching the Pacers. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the Mickey waffle maker and the lovely coffee bar with 3 different machines! Having multiple separate outdoor areas was perfect. We spent most of our time poolside, of course. Plenty of loungers and seating throughout. Giant chess and connect four. And we can't forget the flamingo floatie! Major props for bringing the cupboard under the stairs to life! Being a major Harry Potter fan, I adored this little space! Plenty of places to eat nearby if we wanted to venture out. We would definitely return! =)

I would definitely recommend! Me and my family enjoyed our vacation in this home! The host was very very helpful and responsive and answered any questions we had! The house was very spacious clean and organized. Will be booking again!
