Monthly Rentals in Dashwood

Stayed for 3 nights with 12 ladies. We all had plenty of room with the added Coach House. The Coach house is filled with everything you need for entertainment from darts, crokinole board, ping pong table, and the biggest kitchen ever. The Main House had lots of seating and felt like a cottage up north. Very private setting. The outside deck area is very large. Hot tub was very clean. Garage was filled with games like cornhole, bocce ball and badminton. Campfire pit is large. A quick walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Definitely recommend for a large gathering with friends or even a few families. Everything was labelled and received videos on how to work all appliances and locks. Very organized host. You wont be disappointed!

Jocelyn's place was a wonderful spot to take our family vacation. Our boys absolutely loved the huge beach and all the rocks to explore. A perfect location away from the public beach but close to Grand Bend for dinner. The interior was clean and modern and nicely renovated. It was really nice to stay somewhere where the appliances and kitchen necessities were quality - not just a random assortment of "cottagey" items. A great open concept where someone could be making dinner while the rest of us relaxed on the couch but all in the same space. The views in the kitchen and living room through the sunroom were beautiful - even on our rainy days we could still see the water from the couch. I would book again - and hopefully we'll luck out with more sun next time! Thanks again, Jocelyn!

Chris was a pleasure to deal with, responds very quickly and was so helpful. The property exceeded our expectations, and when it states it’s fully stocked, you better believe it! We brought way too much stuff that we didn’t even need, cause this place had it all!! Super clean, gorgeous views, and the neighbours so nice and friendly. Would have been a perfect weekend if Edmonton would have won that hockey game last night, but that’s not Chris’s fault😅. Would love to stay again in the future. Great experience!

We had a lovely stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The private beach access was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!
