Our favourite pub in Kingswear is just 2 minutes walk up the road and serves great food, local beers and always has a lovely atmosphere. Known as the 'sunny side', Kingswear is only a short hop across the river from Dartmouth enjoying the last of the evening sun

The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
