What a wonderful place to stay, could not fault it. I needed a place to suit individuals travelling from across all corners of the country. The house is nothing short of stunning, private enough but easy to find. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return. Fantastic job!

Lovely house that we hope to use again in the near future for our north east visits. Within minutes drive of everything good to do in Darlington. Also walking distance to a lot of great cafes and pubs

absolutely great location for us but a good bus service from the Top of the road. Paul was a great host with how the presentation of the house was and the willingness to help if needed. we will certainly be in touch with Paul in the future when we return to Middleton st George or Darlington. you could not ask for a better Air bnb especially if you can use Tees valley airport as it is about 10 minutes away. We can't speak highly enough of this house and host. No I am not a relative of Paul but I can see why you might think this.😊👋

Beautiful place right near a huge park which was perfect for the kids. Property was spacious, clean and well thought out with everything we needed.

Just as described. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and availability of the cereal, tea, coffee, milk and bread. Moving onto the bathrooms they were kitted out with shower gels, shampoo and conditioner which you don’t always come across in Airbnb! Really happy with this accommodation. Suited us all perfectly and would definitely recommend to big families!

Lovely stay at Shona's place in Darlington. Just what we needed as an extended family. Plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms and a driveway to park our van which is something we really like to have as a facility. We couldn't quite get the heating to work, but Shona was straight over to get it sorted so we were lovely and toasty! Thanks for the stay.

This place and host are amazing. always a quick and friendly response from Rachel with any questions. she even put Xmas decorations up when i jokingly asked 😊 12 out of 10 every time.

I stayed here with partner & two kids recently. The property was easily located with good parking. Anytime I needed to contact the owner they responded swiftly. The property was bright and spacious and extremely warm. We had to turn off the radiators. It was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks.

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding nearby. It was a great location which was easy to order taxis to and from. There is a big Sainsburys right next door for anything you might need. Beds were VERY comfortable and it was great to have a shower in each room. It was clean and tidy. Geoff and Julie were very friendly and welcoming and we’re really grateful for a lovely stay ☺️

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

From the moment we arrived Barry and Sue went out of their way to make us feel at home and aware of all that Richmond and its locality had to offer. The apartment was meticulously clean, so well furnished and comfortable and everything we would want for using the equipment and services as well as local guide books etc. the location was brilliant for a stay in Richmond which itself was a surprise and really enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying in Fiona & Gary's beautifully decorated well eqipped flat, and Gary helped us on arrival.The flat is just a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Bishop Auckland.

I booked this lovely accommodation as a birthday get away treat for my parter. It was just what we wanted, quiet and cute village, clean accommodation and a private garden space which was beautifully kept. Good communication with Ruth throughout. We would highly recommend for a get away 😊

We hard a great stay here! Richard was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was perfect for two couples and was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed (including tea, coffee, milk and that kind of thing). Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was a perfect place to stay to go to a local wedding and also to discover the surrounding areas. It was very clean, well equipped and homely. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and we would definitely return there if we were in the area again. There are quite a few steps up to the two floors which didn't bother us but some people may find them difficult. Communication was great with lots of local suggestions and recommendations. Directions and instructions about the apartment were great Check in and check out was very easy. There was no downside to the apartment but unfortunately the recommended pub across the road was rather disappointing. The young barmaid was more interested in her phone and talking to a young male customer than serving drinks. A large red transit van was parked in our reserved parking space one evening but we just parked in an unmarked space overnight instead, so it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely meal at the Fox Hole in Priestbridge.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. My son was getting some work experience nearby, and I was able to work from the apartment. It was light and airy, and even when the balcony doors were open, not noisy. The location on the marina meant that there were lots of restaurants in walking distance, along with some EV chargers that I used. All in all, a great place provided by a great host.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the perfect location - peaceful but short walk from everything you need including the gorgeous town centre of Richmond. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be back!
