Alan’s home was spacious, inviting and clean . It was perfect for us four . The area was safe with lots of good restaurants, activities, and shops . Alan was great to communicate with and there were zero issues . I love the touch of the guest book , a way for people to write out their experience about the home and area . We will return , thanks Alan !

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 month stay on St. Simon’s Island. The townhouse was clean, well furnished and had plenty of closets and dresser space. The area was extremely safe and the locals are very friendly. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Short walk to the beach and plenty of free beach parking. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely be planning a trip back.

This property was absolutely beautiful! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, with stunning views all around. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

I'm always hesitant to leave a good review when I find a spot. It's like telling somebody your good fishing holes. This place was great and exactly what we needed for the long weekend. We keep our boat north of Darien and usually find somewhere around that area to stay. There wasn't anything available this time, so we decided to stay in Darien because we usually end up at Skippers once or twice anyway. This place is perfect. There is plenty to eat and do within walking distance. Docking was easy. The view is magnificent. The people are nice. The food and drinks were great. This will likely be our new go-to when we need a few days to unwind. Margaret was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I had no idea about the new businesses that had opened on the waterfront. It's kind of growing into a peaceful miniature River Street. Thank you. We loved it.

I had a great experience here. I was evacuating FL for a hurricane and found this location very last minute. Grisel was quick with her responses and made the process very easy. Check in was straightforward, the place looks well kept and the view is absolutely beautiful. St. Simons is a quiet and remote place and the apartment was at a great location to relax and work as well as sightseeing around the city and the beaches. Highly recommend

This was a beautiful place! It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do (specifically really close to the Pier Village and beach access points). Everyone around the community was super friendly. The hosts also gave very clear instructions and seemed ready/willing & easy to get in contact with if we had needed anything! The pet friendliness of the hosts (and neighbors) was very convenient for members of our stay in bringing their 'family member' (dog) with us for the vacation!

Perfect place for 3 couples! The condo has a nice large kitchen and each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable for adults. We spent one day touring the lighthouse and shops and one day at the beach at the Coast Guard station. The condo is a short drive to both. We love the peaceful atmosphere of the marsh and being away from the crowds in the evening. This condo is nicely furnished and the beds are great with plenty of pillows and blankets that make it cozy. It has lots of extras like a large washer and dryer, large refrigerator, huge master bathroom, plenty of parking, nice pool area next to the complex, and it is in a great neighborhood. This is a perfect place for people wanting a peaceful, quiet, place to stay with an outdoor space to enjoy the marsh and wildlife. The porch is perfect for coffee in the mornings and chatting with friends at night after visiting a local restaurant or cooking dinner in. Thank you for an a perfect island vacation. ⛱️

we had great time on Sapelo, we thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of the island and it's welcoming residents. Chris met us promptly at the dock and helped us get settled in. We enjoyed wonderful meals prepared by Barbara. The candy cottage was just as described, comfy spot to relax after our long days of exploration.We will definitely return.

Loved the location, cleanliness, and layout of this condo! It's beautifully decorated and had a welcoming feel. Check in and check out were seamless and we really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are so nice and the area was quiet yet very close to the village. Absolutely perfect location! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay; comfortable, peaceful, and lovely. We slept better than we do at home. The drive to the beach didn't take long. The island is well worth visiting and Jeff's place is in a perfect location with stores and restaurants very convenient to the townhouse. We will return.

One of the most thoughtfully hosted places we’ve stayed at. From a welcome letter and a box of fresh baked cookies to a vase of fresh flowers these were just a few examples of Aleesa going above and beyond. The bed linens and towels were not only clean but luxuriously soft and fluffy. Great location and very walkable. We walked to and ate at sandy bottom bagels every morning and stocked up on some fruits and snacks at the Winn Dixie. The pool being located just downstairs stairs made it easy to keep enjoying the outside even after the beach. Our only regret is not staying longer but we most definitely will be back!

Quick weekend stay, nice location for those that want a little more quiet and space from pier village but still close enough for a night on the town. Nice pool and beach access. Just down the road from a few delicious eateries.

That "ah" feeling of being at the beach was felt just as much on the Stanton Inn porch and inside Apartment A as it was a block away when at the water's edge. The space is just that - spacious. It's also tastefully appointed and the furniture quite comfortable. I spent a month there and would love to return.

This is a great little one bedroom apartment! It was perfect for our family’s quick trip to SSI and we would definitely stay here again.
