Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king and three twins) and has a large gravel parking lot.

Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. We had a smooth and pleasant experience at this property. The host was responsive and professional throughout the booking process and stay. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided in advance. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for remote work. Location was convenient, with easy access to Mt Nebo and Chamberlyne Golf Course. Perfect Airbnb for me and my family to stop on our roadtrip across the country! The things we enjoyed most were: the cleanliness, the laundry, all the bells and whistles in the kitchen, the garage for the car (since it rained) and the peaceful & scenic neighborhood.

Perfect location for us . Great cabin for 3 couples. My hubby and I were in the master bedroom -The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice . Every thing we needed was there . Secluded , but not far from anything . The front porch is so nice and HUGE . I do wish there had been chairs to sit . There is a swing to sit 2 which was nice . One suggestion - the front porch is nice and huge so it’d be nice to have chairs on the porch . It’s such a beautiful place ! We did sit in the back though . :) I’d recommend the cabin to anyone . It’s great

Everything was exactly as described, very nice and clean! We did a lot of fishing and tore the crappie and bream up ! This home made us feel at home away from our home! Clint was very nice and friendly and very helpful! We loved the fact there wasn’t any cell phone reception expect in a few places out in the yard ! There was dvd’s provided and snacks ! We will be renting again ! Thank you Clint!
